I use acrylic nails because I'm a nail biter. That is the only reason why I (a boy) got them. Kelly and her staff were understanding and non judgmental. Cons: Kelly and her employees don't seem friendly but really, they're genuinely good people. They could work a little on being more approachable. Sometimes, they will talk in their language in front of customers and myself. It's sometimes uncomfortable. I have nothing against them speaking in their language but if they carry out long conversations, I feel awkward. I feel like I'm not included in their conversation. Sometimes, they seem like they rush things. People come there to have a good time and relax, so they should take their time to really talk with their customers and get to know them.

The cool thing about this salon is there are two different areas for manicures and pedicures. The bright area is where the manicures took place. The dimmed area in the back are for the pedicures. I went to get my nails done with a friend today. I had one of the owners as my nail technician. She…read morewas not friendly but rather demanding and harsh. She applied my acrylics with an excessive amount of glue that was unnecessary for the tips. I asked for a rounded nail and she gave me a square. Not only this but she asked me if it was okay once and then never asked again about the shape, nor did she give me a chance to adjust the tip. After the nails cured under the light she demanded I wash my hands after, however, after doing so, I came back to pick up my sweatshirt and some of the fuzz was stuck to my nails. The nails were still tacking and not dry, but she had already moved onto another customer so she neglected to help/fix this problem. Therefore, I tried to cure the nails again, finding resolutions to something that should have been fixed by the nail technician. Not to mention there is still glue left on the skin of my nails that is like concrete. No buffing or shaping or even lotion was applied at the end. Very disappointed in this nail salon and will not be going here again.

Scheduled an appointment at 10am for a pedicure got there at 10 am and not brought to start until…read more1015am. When asked what color I simply asked if the regular perfect match polish had the gel polish, after being argued with and told no they didn't have the perfect match gel polish, I said forget it, then 10 minutes passed and miraculously the perfect match color appeared. During the finishing touches of cutting and filing my toes, a dremel filer was used this cut my toe in a straight line right below my cuticle and on the top of my 2nd toe and cut my one big toe very short, all nails not even. This was about 45 minutes into the pedicure (just a basic) then the gentleman started painting my toes with gel polish, after about 4 layers of gel with no curing he starts removing the polish that got onto my skin, still has yet to put it under the light. This process took about 25 minutes before he went to get help with polishing my toes. Then someone else came over and tried blaming it on the polish because it was new and to thin, if it was new it would be thick, it would only be thin if acetone was added in order to make it thinner. I have never left a pedicure in so much pain from being cut. Absolutely ridiculous! No tip given as I even had a hard time paying for the very poor service in the first place. Do not recommend this place and if I could do 0 stars that is what it would be!!
