I'm not even going to put a star. This will be my last time going here. 3 weeks ago I get my eyebrows waxed and mustache. Well the hot wax burned my lip it was swollen for days when I notify the manager she said my lips were chapped. So I thought today they would've redeemed themselves. I bought my 3 grand daughters and my niece. My niece and I got pedicures. And my granddaughters got their nails painted. Mind you they said they had to have gel because they wanted a heart on each finger. I asked the tech the cost $25 was the quote well she put a heart on all the fingers because the 6,7, 8 year old told her all of there fingers really. So she charged extra . My niece asked for French tip the tip was Black not white oh by the way that was extra too. I got the gel which was $15 more. Total cost $260 dollars it should have been $215. They had enough nerve to ask for a tip. You can go there every day get the same thing done and I guarantee you it's going to be a different price. read more

Nail techs always have trouble doing my nails due to how small they are and they made them the perfect size and they look beautiful. Terrible. Went in for a manicure and pedicure. Had to wait over an hour for them to get started. That in itself wouldn't have been an issue. I didn't ask about how long the wait would be or how long the service would take. What was a problem was that the owner pulled my technician away twice to do a special service for another client. Each time, it was the client she was working on. My services were straightforward and both of her clients came in after I did and requested special designs. I had already expressed that I was in a hurry and needed to leave soon. In my opinion the clients looking for special services should've been the ones to wait. My mom and I went here to get our nails done before my wedding and were disappointed. A man did my nails and they looked horrible. So, I requested he redo the polish and he freaked out and refused to do my nails. He was very immature and unprofessional about it and raised his voice at another employee, telling her she had to do my nails instead of him. When it was time to checkout, we were charged for gel nail polish when my mom told the lady who did her nails that she wanted regular polish. The lady proceeded to tell her, "you wouldn't have wanted regular polish". If someone states they want regular polish, I'm pretty sure that means they want regular polish. And, if either of us were going to get gel polish, it would've been me as I was getting married. Absolutely terrible experience. I arrived on Sunday 7 minutes before they were supposed to open and there were already several people being worked on and nobody waiting. I signed into the tablet as asked and they said 10 minutes. I waited 38 minutes until I was attended to. The lady working on my nails (Nancy?) was extremely rushed and the most inattentive nail tech I have ever had. I was interrupted from my nail service several times due to her talking to customers etc. she messed up multiple times and I had to constantly ask for her to fix things. She cut my nails extremely short and curved them into the weirdest coffin shape ever before checking. Typically a tech will cut one nail and make sure it's ok with the customer and she did the WHOLE hand. She did not shape them how I asked and clearly defined to her. Up charged for literally everything. She wouldn't trim a piece of skin off for me and said $5. The only reason I had to go to this place was because no other areas were open on Sunday and I had to get engagement photos done after my boyfriend just proposed. I had no other option otherwise I would have left after 10 minutes. The most disappointing experience at a nail salon ever. Gel was over my cuticles, awkwardly shaped coffin not what I asked for, terrible job applying the tech did not measure the tips and just quickly glued them on, weirdly raised as shown in third picture. On top of this the whole place was incredibly disorganized and the tech was telling people to keep track of who arrived before them for their place in line.. why did we even sign in on the tablet? Came in at 710pm the store closes at 8pm. Needed my feet done for a week cruise but the "people who do feet" were allowed to leave early. Tried to call several times and the phone just rang and went to voicemail. Was not offered a appointment just allowed to leave without any service or accommodation. Poor customer service. read more

I went in the salon at 10 AM when they opened. There were two workers doing pedicures and one doing nails. Two women were getting pedicures and there was no one else to start on me so they let my feet start soaking.... which I was fine with... well I soaked for 35 minutes, after getting a little irritated I nicely asked how much longer because I had to be at work soon.( knowing it would take another 30-45 min to actually get my pedicure and I didn't want it to have to be rushed and not the get full pedicure experience.) The man replied with we can do you in just a few more minutes. So I sat patiently again... then he goes and gets me a towels and I had no idea what it was for and he said to dry off my feet and says we can see you after work.... WHAT?! After you already waisted 45 minutes of my time to let my feet soak in water. I am a consistent pedi and mani customer, and good tipper for good and just genuine care. It honestly just depends on where I am and what I'm doing and should've stuck with my usual place... but they aren't open on Monday's. I'll never be back and I'll make sure I reccomend all my friends elsewhere. Ever since the new management took over, it's been nothing but ridiculous service. Under new management this place sucks. Nail techs rush you into a seat when you walk in the door but that only pressures you to pick a color. SNS manicure was so thin that the very next day after simply bumping nail against something it cracked. When getting a manicure from old management they would massage hands with lotion & use hot towels, providing a great, relaxing experience for $42.00. New management doesn't do any of that & charges MORE? I have went to Nail R us for over a year & sent people there for a great, worth the money, & time waiting experience. I have been getting my nails done at another salon, but came to this one because I was in the shopping center. I needed a repair, fill in and repaint. I got an older gentleman with alcohol on his breath. I should have stepped away, but I didn't think he would be bad. He filed the sides of my nails so much that he tore the skin off the right side of three of my nails. He then sprayed acetone on it and I about screamed at him. I stayed calm and told him that hurt. He just nodded and then did the nails. I got gel polish, which is supposed to last 21 days or more. 2 days later, one nail is already chipped. Ann is rude and disrespectful to customers and her employes. Ann also believes that OPI is not a quality product and doesn't provide white OPI for the french manicure. She was mad that I asked her to file my natural nails instead of cutting them with her cutters. After the first visit and 2 negative experiences with Ann and witnessing her being rude to others I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Two weeks later I went back to that salon and Ann was just as rude as she was the first time. I won't be going back again. There are a number of local salons I will try instead. read more
