The services were over priced. For $50 no massage with pedicure, essentially like a basic pedi everywhere else. But they also offer a basic pedi. Just all around a bad experience plus you get charge 4% of credit/debit cards They have an atm, but you get charged from the atm and your bank if not affiliated with atm. I wanted to give 5 stars, but just not worth it. Spend the money on gas and drive further, not a great experience. read more

I went to this salon because I was in town visiting my boyfriend and needed to have my nails done. I asked them if they did pink and whites and they said they did. I had purple glitter tips on from New Year's Eve and when he started to put the white on, he hadn't even taken off the majority of the purple. My gal back home always files down the tip and most of the pink because beginning the pink and white, so it's almost like having a new set every time. I specifically asked him if the purple was going to show and he assured me it wouldn't. Not only did the purple show on the sides of my nails, but underneath as well. My nails look like they're dirty! Plus my natural nails shows on with side of the white tip!! It's the WORST pink & white I've ever seen!! When I told him that was unacceptable and they looked like crap, he said that is the way everyone in the area does them and that if I didn't want purple to show then I had to ask for a new set. That's the whole purpose of pink and whites....it's basically a new set every time!! I highly recommend finding another salon to use! This was awful!! read more

I wanted to go in and get dip nails, since I loved the way they looked when I previously got them in Florida. However, they told me I was getting dip nails but proceeded to give me acrylics. I know they're acrylics because I've gotten dip and acrylics before and the processes are very different. Just really frustrating. Also up charged my friend from $55 to $75 when she said $10 tip. Don't get me wrong my nails are pretty, but just very disappointed in the service and integrity. read more

Good experience the first time. 2nd time my pedicure was blue when I asked for black and it was bubbly and lumpy. 3rd time my appointment was scheduled the day before at 2pm. I left at 2:30, pissed and without fills. Never going back there ever again. My fault for giving it a 3rd try. read more

I visited the shop from out of state and had Kevin do my nails. When he applied the powder he did each layer thin which I prefer to avoid chunky looking dipped nails. He also applied a gel clear coat (2) on the top which provided a very glossy look that was very nice. I would recommend Kevin for a professional looking powder nail. read more

Choose because my regular salon was too busy to fit me in. Never again!!!!! I got a gel pedicure. Didn't clean under and around the nail. Feet look worse than what they did before. Gel should be smooth and shiny. I have a rough, dull look. So disappointed!! I'd like my money back! read more

THE. WORST. MANICURE. I. HAVE. EVER. HAD. Do yourself a favor and run. Seriously - RUN. I am in town for business, just one night. I needed to get out of my hotel room and decided to drive around Eau Claire/Chippewa Falls since the weather is absolutely gorgeous right now. I stop to get gas and notice "NAILS TIME" in a fairly new, strip mall just off the highway. BINGO! What a great idea! It had a "walk-ins welcome" sign out front so i walked in. A couple employees were working on their guests. The owner, an older gentleman, greeted me and told me I could immediately sit down for my manicure. Wonderful. I sit down. I'm watching the TV above me. He's slowly but surely getting through a status quo mani. He slaps lotion on my hands, tell me to rub it in, then wash at the sink. Was that it? No massage? NOTHING? This is where the experience heads downhill. From there I sit down again. He's applying Essie's "Ballet Slippers" on my nails - a very light, super neutral color that I actually brought with me. He's scooting the brush back and forth 100 times on each nail and basically getting polish all over my fingers. THEN he's using his own nail to scrape excess off my skin. He does this through the first coat, then continues through the second. It isn't until the 4th to last nail of my second coat that I look down and notice the nail he keeps using to scrape excess polish from my skin. IT STRAIGHT UP HAS FUNGUS ON IT. It's warped. It's a weird color. I gasped and told him I needed to leave right away. I left and I can guarantee I will NEVER, EVER return. Do yourself a favor and listen to the beginning of this review - RUN AWAY. read more

I asked for round nails and I got square! I asked for gold tips and I got silver blobs of uneven paint! Maybe if the lady doing my nails was paying attention to me and not her phone which she had prompt up so she could watch her show on! Then I would be satisfied with my nails but instead I have permanent tacky claws... only reason I gave two starts is because my cousins nails looked very good! read more

Basic pedicure is exactly as stated. Minimum nail care, tools not sanitized but foot bath had plastic liner.

My last 2 times at Nails Time have been very disappointing. I was there on a VERY cold day this winter for 9:30 appointment. They were 20 minutes late; they overslept. Oh well. I was just there on my birthday, and paid for a 45 minute pedicure. My sister was with me. She got her legs massaged and was given the entire 45 minutes. My technician kept we waiting (I didn't mind; I wasn't in a hurry.), but then she only gave me 25 minutes!! She put stuff on and took it off. She was even trying to do the waxing part so fast that she burned me. The next day the skin peeled off the side of my little toe. Another technician put on my polish. I thought it was strange that she only did one coat; I've always been given two coats. My polish starting chipping just 2 weeks after my pedicure. My technician also pointed out the tip location on the card-reader twice. I had to tell I am not tipping her. That is not like me. I'm an excellent tipper when I've been given good service. I've had lots of pedicures, and none of them have been this disappointing. In between pedicures, I had one in Indiana. That one was amazing. I wish they were here. Nancy P read more

Used to be great...on time appointments, gracious service. New team that is in since 11/15 there is rude and triple books appointments so you have to wait 20 to 60 minutes for your turn. Inaccuracies in getting booking details also causes problems since not all their people do all parts of offered services. I will be going elsewhere until a new team gets in there. read more
