Vi is the owner and she does the best nails in town! She takes her time and is very precise. I got the builder gel (hard gel) and there was a ton of colors to choose from. I got chrome and it was a total of $70-75, normally is $60. She also is quick so I was in and out within around 60-75 minutes. I'd recommend making an appointment online before arriving but can definitely walk in. They currently only have a few techs working so if it's busy, you may have to wait or come back if you walk in. When having an appointment at 2, and a walk in coming in and her nail artist who was about to do her nails, stops and starts on the other person. when she asks if they need her to reschedule they tell her "we will get to you when we get to you". I then schedule my appointment because i assumed maybe they were just having a bad day. and it was so much worse. when i ask her if she can be more gentle on my nails she scoffs and walks away, only to come back 5 minutes later and be even rougher. i'm disgusted. don't waste your money
