What a terrible experience! the vibe in here is all of, the workers are constantly snickering at you and staring you up and down. As a side spectator watching my friend get her nails done, i cannot even put into words how disappointed I am. When having an appointment at 2, and a walk in coming in and her nail artist who was about to do her nails, stops and starts on the other person. when she asks if they need her to reschedule they tell her "we will get to you when we get to you". I then schedule my appointment because i assumed maybe they were just having a bad day. and it was so much worse. when i ask her if she can be more gentle on my nails she scoffs and walks away, only to come back 5 minutes later and be even rougher. i'm disgusted. don't waste your money read more

Was able to get in same day but the quality of the finished product is poor. Went in for a gel manicure, the tech clipped my nails but then did not shape them the same until requested they all be round/almond shaped. Only two layers of polish was used where you could still see through the color. Paint was left on skin around nails. read more

Sadly this was the worst manicure I've ever received, but I wouldn't have written a review except this morning two of them chipped and I have no way to get them fixed before a big business meeting. I'm pretty disappointed. The polish needed another coat and is transparent - when I asked the technician about the transparency of the polish he blamed my nails. He never buffed my nails and the staff was very unfriendly. I would not recommend the salon at all. That said, my toes look fine. read more

Aside from the fact that you will wait sometimes up to 45 minutes even though you have an appointment, they will also kick you out if you have a medical condition and aren't able to sit there with a mask on your face. The prices are not consistent. Sometimes they will do a design on your nail and sometimes it will look like the photo you show them and others it will look totally different. Three strikes, you're out. Came right on time for my appointment. Waited 25 minutes. Pedicure was good-she did a good job. The manicure, requested dip mani, was unprofessionally delivered and very poor quality. First of all. The level of rudeness was astonishing. Just one example, as he was working on my left hand, I used my right hand to pull up a photo for shape reference. He stopped, stared at me phone, then turned and looked at me like a teacher saying, I'll start when you stop texting. He literally stared at me and wouldn't continue manicure. I said, oh I'm just trying to pull up a picture for you. I showed him, saying this is the shape I'm going for. Completely dismissed me and didn't acknowledge me at all. I asked, what do you think? To encourage at least acknowledgment that he would shape that way. without looking up, he said, "yeah." I scratched my leg with the hand he want working on, maybe took 0.3 millisecond, and with a look of exacerbation, says "sit still. Don't Move." I'm racking my brains wondering what horrible offense I've committed. ‍ he must just be having a bad day??Unfortunately, so are my nails. He was very annoyed I wanted short tips. He skimped on the powered layering and it was so uneven and patchy color, almost translucent on some spots. I thought surely he'd add another coat of color, but nope. The nails were not uniform in shape and each nail had a huge divot from natural nail to where tip started. He asks what I think and I expressed some apprehension--they looked quite awful and my ragged cuticles were ignored. I know they now "drill off" the instead of properly clipping cuticles, however he didn't even bother doing that. Half way through the manicure he says, randomly out of the blue, this is going to be $61.00." What? OK. ‍Then, he went to put oil on and I think he realized just how awful it looked and without telling me what he needed to do, he started buffing down the nails again and removed shine coat. He then proceeds to do a gel coat over the lumpy, bumpy nails. That now look like I have some sort of serious nutritional deficiency with all the divots and waves on the nail bed. So, now the color is a bit more uniform that he slipped a bunch of gel on top, but the texture of nail and my cuticles are a complete mess. After the gel coat, he allows my hands to sit under the curing lamp for 20 seconds each, so now some shine, some are matte, most are sticky and he's rushing me out after taking 90 minutes to make my nails look awful--he won't even let them cure properly for a couple minutes. they are smudged and I just paid 120.00 for the worst mani I have ever had and a pretty good pedi. When it came time to pay, I paid without question. I left 30.00 cash for the two techs to split as a tip. I asked "can you give half of this to the gal that did my nails?" He goes. "Yeah" and walks away. Not thanks for coming in, not a smile, not thanks for the tip...literally just walked away. This guy treated me like I did something unthinkable to him and his first born. I was shocked that so many were coming in and requesting him. I'm my opinion, Henry offered no customer service, was rude, and did a terrible job on the nails. This is the third time I've had similar experiences with others in the store too. And the last time I'll ever step foot in that "salon." Also, made me sit with my hands in pure acetone for nearly 30 minutes. OSHA says this is a toxic chemical that can be toxic to respiratory, eyes, and organs. Understand using it on cotton to melt nails off, however making you put half your bare hands in pure acetone and rub them around on paper towel for nearly a half hour is very dangerous. If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. The man who did my pedicure was exceptionally rough My little toes were actually sore the next day! I was left under the nail dryer for an extended period of time. I think he forgot about me. I almost walked out. I thought this would be the worst of it. Oh, I was so wrong! 5 weeks later went to a full service beauty salon recommended by a friend. As she (the shop owner) was taking my polish off she asked where I had received my last pedicure. When I told her she broke the news that I had nail fungus on 2 of my toes. I was beyond horrified. She told me not to panic and said she would help me get rid of it. It only took 6 months of treatment with an anti fungal medication and monthly pedicures to get rid of the fungus I got at T&T. This place may be cheaper than a full service salon but it is NOT sanitary. Pay the $20 more & go to a professional at a beauty salon! I tried to call the Wis Dept of Health regarding this but could not get anyone to answer the phone. read more

I have been going there for quite some time and the last three times the service just keeps getting worse. Today was the worse of all. I called to schedule an appointment, they told me to come at 6:30. I got there and sat, waiting until 7pm. They kept saying that it would only be five more minutes. Finally, I got up to leave and they told me to wait another five minutes. I told them that I had to be somewhere important at 7:30 and that is why I had an appointment for 6:30. After waiting 30 minutes passed my appointment time, Darryl came to do the pedicure. I had to take nail cutters from him and cut my nails as well as the clean under my nails. I've have been here a handful of times with many of my friends and family. At first it was better then my salon in town when it came to designs. Lately you make an appointment and dont get in anywhere near appointment time. Also you are fearful for who you get! Some in this salon are exceptional! Others are rude and completely inexperienced! They also make up prices alllll the time depending on who you get! Yesterday I had myself and 2 others one of them being my step daughter who broke 2 nails completely off in gym... he started and told me it would be 55$ figured 5 different colors and 2 broken nails I get it. Ended up takin off her whole set and replacing. Another girl walks in exact same issues, 5 colors and said 40$ fixed the 2 broken nails. I had to play musical chairs with the man who did my fill and lady who painted em white but couldnt complete my desires on her own. I frequently get pedicures, as in every two to three weeks. I typically go to the same salon but I travel a lot and had time to spare so I dropped in to get a pedicure. I called ahead to schedule and they had me come in at a scheduled time. When I got there, I sat in a chair for about 15 minutes with no foot soak and nobody coming over. Finally a guy came to fill my tub. He talked me into a deluxe pedicure which is $10 more than a regular one and literally did nothing different and I even questioned it. This was the fastest most garbage pedicure I've ever had. I was done in 20 minutes for $36, what a joke. I will never go back there. read more

When it came time to pay, we stood at the front for about 10 mins as he was trying to get the computer to register our services. Didn't even acknowledge us as we were standing there. I was planning to pay with a credit card and, finally, he acknowledged us and asked me to go to Kwik Trip and get cash. I went here with 2 of my girlfriends a week ago to get mani/pedis. The staff was terribly rude and didn't make us feel welcome or heard. When asked what shape nail I wanted I said short and square. The place and people were very nice but I was not happy with the end product. I had manicure and pedicure done. The pedicure was awesome. A great job. No complaints there. However for my manicure I was very unhappy. I got the gel nail polish done and it started chipping off within 5 days. I have gotten this done type before at other places and the nail polish has lasted 3 weeks without chipping. I think the person who helped me was trying to rush things and didn't let the polish sit long enough under the light. I did go back in and they were nice enough to fix the two nails. Sadly two days later two other nails chipped off. I was very disappointed. This place is very hit or miss, and in general they have very poor customer service and do not value the customer. I have had good experiences here BUT today was so terrible that I am never going back. I had an appointment for 5:45 but it wasn't until 6:15 that they started on my nails. I always get dip powder manicures along with a regular manicure to clean things up. I asked for a regular manicure, and the guy doing my nails insisted I didn't need one. I said I still wanted one and he just kept saying no. I was then passed off to a different woman to do my dip powder. When she was almost finished with it I look down and on two fingers she totally missed sections on the side of my nails and I asked her to fix it. She said "no, no, no, no" and tried to walk away and I again said it needed to be fixed. She finally came back to look at it and basically said she couldn't fix it because she already put the drying coat on. I was getting so upset, and she came and tried to file away the sections without color, but then all my nails were different shapes and lengths. I asked again for her to just fix it and she said she couldn't and didn't seem to care. I was getting visibly upset, and then as I was getting up to pay, she started telling me how pretty and skinny I was. I was beyond irritated. When I got home I tried to fix the nail shapes myself since my nail tech could not do it apparently. At this time I also noticed that there are "wrinkles" in the top layer of the dip and she did not buff them evenly so there are high and low points across each nail.
