I couldn't wait (they were full), as my husband had a meeting that I needed to attend. The next day, I called for another appointment. I didn't think they would recognize me, but I was told to pick my color, then to enjoy my time waiting in one of their massage chairs. One of the gentlemen came over to remove my ruined nail, interspersing me with another lady, whose nails he was waiting to dry before continuing... then, another woman came to complete his work. They kindly took care of me with such efficiency, I asked to sit in the massage chair as I waited for my husband to pick me up. Taking my wallet out to pay for the nail (again, NOT their poor quality or job that heralded me into their store), I was told that I was NOT to pay, as they felt so badly about me waiting the day before.
