It didn't start off too good, as my tech filled the basin with scalding hot water. I put my foot in and my foot turned red from the heat. She asked me many times how the water was and I kept saying, it's too hot, it's hot, too hot. She kept looking at me. The tech with my friend put her hand in and said it's too hot. She turned on cold water but it was so hot it took quite a bit to cool down. I am not sure why she didn't understand the term "too hot" but she was very nice after that and gave me a nice pedi. it was calm in there, they had the tv going. I am not sure if they have beverages or not, I as not asked but everything else went well. Its also super close to where I live and I like that too. I like how this place is setup. You check in on a computer putting in what you want to purchase. Its super seamless. It's clean and they also had lots and lots of gel colors. I will def be back there again in a couple months.
