Two and a half hours later, I left $60 poorer with THE worst manicure I have ever gotten. Multiple cuticles cut, polished right over a severely split nail, no recommendation for repair. Though I sat with my hands under a fan for more than 10 minutes, I noticed when I got to the car that most of the polish was bubbled and not glossy as I would expect. I got my acrylic nails done this past weekend (which took them 3 hours for a simple full set) No they weren't backed up or busy at all, just slow, which I don't mind if it's a good job. I had 2 nails break in 2 DAYS at work, and I'm not rough with my hands at all. It practically fell off and I glued them back together. After the third acrylic nail broke, I called as soon as they opened to get them fixed and they wouldn't even schedule me to fix them today so that I could work tonight without a ghetto looking nail job. I don't know if they're gotten lazy with hiring, but this is ridiculous and unprofessional. It's definitely a walk in and take a chance kind of salon. Maybe they should stick to gel manicures. As you can see, I posted a picture of my pinky nails side by side.. the much skinnier, longer, even thinner nail broke the very next day I left the salon. (I had to superglue it back on for work) I wish I had noticed that they didn't match before I left... 3 hours later. They should be flawless for that kind of time and money.
