Please don't risk your nails at this salon! Long but worth reading! I went in with gel on my toes and dip on my fingernails. I asked for my nails to be soaked off and a Milk and Honey pedi with regular polish. The tech wrapped my nails and did my pedicure. I didn't pay much attention since I was with a friend. She moves me over and takes my nail wraps off. I had over an inch of free edge length on my natural nails. The nail tech told me they were ugly and I needed a manicure. I said I would do it at home, but she started using the drill on my nails. I thought she was getting dip off. She finishes and grabs a buffer. I was already bleeding from four nick's on my cuticles and I feel a terrible pinch on my pinky and ring finger. I look and she has cut my nails to the quick and buffed two so far down they cracked into the nail bed. When I asked what happened she said I did it. As the shock and pain hit I was getting teary and she said it's because of my job and my weight and that it was my fault. I asked her to stop and let me go as I was. Another tech, I believe she's the owner, came over and looked and said she was so sorry and wanted to fix them for me. I said I'd rather not but she was insisting and I couldn't leave them like they were. She said I could do dip since gel doesn't stay on at my job and I agreed. She added tips, three layers of clear dip, and gel polish which hasn't lasted five days. She never asked what I wanted but I said I liked her almond rounded nails. I have long, crooked, and bluntly square nails. She said she had to fix stuff for that other lady all the time because "she really doesn't know what she's doing and doesn't understand anything you say." At the end of the apt I thank her for the effort of fixing them and go to pay for my pedicure. She then had the audacity to charge me $30 for the nails. I paid for the pedicure and nails in shock, but after sitting in my car I went back in and asked why I had to pay so much when I came for a nail soak and had my nails damaged beyond what I could leave with. She reluctantly gave me $20 back. Five days later I am going to change my toenail color and I find that I still have lumpy gel still on my toes under the polish and the tech polished OVER my cuticles instead of trimming them. My nails are trashed and I beg others to be incredibly cautious! Do not waste your time and money here. I rarely leave reviews but if I can spare anyone the trouble I've had it's worth it! read more

Very disappointed that I have not reached a full 2 weeks since patronizing this establishment and two of my nails are broken without any trauma/force. I was there on Nov 20th and one nail cracked in the middle then broke off on its own on November 26th. The second nail broke on December 1st just by me smoothing my leggings out. This nail salon is a rip off. They charged me $60 for poor work/cheap products. They added $5 because I wanted a short almond shape then another $5 because I had gel residue on the tip of my toe nails. Not to mention business was really slow when I arrived and they were not friendly. I wasn't offered water/anything. If you're staying downtown Huntsville take the time to venture out for better service/quality unlike myself. read more

Thomas, Hang (my favorite) Miya, and the rest are professional and courteous. They speak English better than I do. They are all good at what they do. If you are unhappy with something, (which I have never been), speak up. Tell them and the situation will be rectified. They have done a beautiful job remodeling the salon. They carry OPI nail polish. Gel or dip? They have that, too. Need a relaxing pedicure? They are the best. Give them a try. You'll be very happy. read more

We came in with a friend in afternoon to get pedicures. No one was inside which is a Bad sign, and we were right, the pedicures probably took them under 15 minutes, no massage, lotion was still on my toes, I almost fell on the floor. We were just couldn't wait to get outta there, they were asking if we wanted our nails done lol. No thanks, I rather spend my money at somewhere else. read more
