This is place is awful. Not only did my nail tech insult my cuticles because I used to bite my nails, but he left the e-file on my nails way too long. It caused them to heat up and burn me. I decided to try them again. Nope huge mistake not only was the service awful they have no idea how to actually file the nails without causing pain. On top of all of this, I am very certain that they use mma acrylic (aka dental acrylic) which is illegal. Go somewhere else. They aren't worth it. read more

Horrible. Went in for a full set and for $45 my nails looks like I did them by myself. Honestly I could have done a better job getting a kit at wal mart. The acrylic is not shaped evenly, the tips when glued on were glued partially to my skin, the polish is bubbled and has thick streaks in it. They worked very quickly and were neat with their work, but I didn't like the fact they had 2 people doing my manicure and pedicure at the same time. This meant on top of the $84 I paid for dip powder with gel polish on my nails and gel polish on my toes, I had to tip 2 people. Horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. My tech had an earbud in talking to someone then would check his phone & fidget with it. I asked what was he doing with his phone. I leaned over to look & he's got poker or some game going. He filed my nails and half of my skin off. Pretended to trim up my cuticles but there was no skin removed. Left polish on the sides of my fingers. He was in such a rush. He grabbed my keys and bumped 2 fingers ruining them. He wiped off polish & re-polished without base or top coat. Then stuck me under the fan/UV light table. Couldn't feel any air so I bent down to see 2 tiny fans at each end & no UV light. Not a proper air/UV light. The worse place I've ever been. Will never go back. Drive a little further for a professional. read more

My sisters mom and I are visiting my grandparents, and we were very excited to get our nails done. This is our first step in preparation for my sisters wedding. We went in for mani pedis and had an unfortunate experience. My sisters nails were uneven, they pressured the bride to pick a color she wasn't sure of. Made multiple of my mom and sisters nails bleed, and then when we complained, told us it was all dou to hang nails. They pulled and clip my toes where they did not need clipping and cut everything too short. The man who was doing my nails was playing on his phone and would put my hand down to play his game. He was way more interested in his headphones and his phone then making my nails even. And when I mentioned one of my acrylics being crooked, he told me it was just my natural nail making it that way. That makes no sense!! They weren't wearing masks until we asked for them to wear them. And the store smelt of smoke or something unpleasant. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I went here because it's very close to my house and they did a nice job fixing my nails that another salon did (horribly) last week. The lady who did my nails was very sweet and efficient and kept asking me if I liked the shape and then the color. I'll definitely go back because of the convenience and customer service. My only complaint is that it was a little expensive for a fill for one week's growth, but I opted for the gel polish, so I guess that's why it was so high. read more

The mani and pedi were good but the painting was HORRIBLE. While getting my nails done I complained that the full nail was not being covered. They fixed about 6 of the nails but didn't fix the rest. After 4 days my gel nails began to peel off. I went back and the manager said it was the "gel color". He did offer to fix them but at this point I am just over this place. I told him I wanted my money back and he gave me $20 of the $35 and practically threw it at me. Just horribly short and rude. read more

I don't think Minh Pham should be doing nails at all. This is the second time I have had to give them a bad review. This place is located close to where I live, so its convenient but what I have learned is that sometimes you have to go somewhere not so convenient. In the past, the owner Jon did a good job on my nails however, when he isn't available I assumed I would still have a professional to do them and now I know better. After my last bad review I said I would never go again, but I thought that although that time State Board had been in and they recieved a 0, not a 100 but a 0....they didn't get closed down so maybe they cleaned up their act. I gave it a year and now I'm very disappointed, I could have done better and not had to pay $45 for his shitty job. I seriously will not ever go back to this place!! read more

Run! I had not been to this nail salon for 2 years due to poor manicure in 2014, and made the mistake of going there August 10, 2016. I wanted a good pedicure, and was hoping I would not get the same nail tech that I had 2 years ago. Well, I got the same one. I was hoping she would do a better job on my pedicure than she had done on my manicure in 2014, which I will also describe. This particular nail tech is the youngest female in the salon. I don't know her name. So....I asked for the #2 pedicure. The client sitting next to me was also getting a #2 pedicure. My pedicure only lasted 30 minutes. The client next to me was there when i got there, and was still there when I left. She got a really great foot massage from her tech. I got a five second massage on each foot. The #2 pedicure is supposed to take off extra dead skin. This did not happen either, One swipe with the skin remover was it. The bottom of the cuticle on my right big toe was not shaped. It is lopsided. The polish on that toe is in the cuticle. Not clean lines at all. I gave her a $3.50 tip instead of my normal $5.00 tip. She looked surprised. IN OCTOBER 2014 this SAME nail tech did a PATHETIC manicure. I could see she was new, but thought she could do a good job. NOPE. I got a manicure for my natural nails. As she was working on my nails, she took out a little notebook to show the male nail tech sitting next to her. They were comparing how much they had made that day. Why is she doing that while she is working on my mani? 2 more clients came in for pedicures. She rushed through my mani to get to the pedicures, which pay more money. As she was rushing trimming my cuticles: Snip Snip Oops! She cut the side of my finger. It was bleeding awful. She put cotton on it to stop the bleeding. That is the fastest natural mani I have ever had. I gave her a $5.00 tip for a $12 mani. Now I regret giving her a tip at all. My finger became infected. I should have called the health department. Also, I should have told the owners, but did not, because they make a share of all services, so the faster this girl gets it done, the more money the owners make also. I had been to this place many times in previous years, but will not be going back. Too many other nail salons to choose from in this area.
