I got my pedicure done around 3/3:30 pm, and it is now 8:30 pm and my GEL pedicure FELL OFF (yes you read that correctly. FELL. COMPLETELY. OFF.) I haven't even had my nails done for more than 6 hours and they are all off. I called asking for a refund since I Venmo'd them and I'm going out of town early in the morning tomorrow. She told me she couldn't return my Venmo and the only way to fix it would be to come in and get them redone. I'm extremely disappointed in this service.

Even post manicure, there was no massage, no lotion, no cuticle oil, nothing! They couldnt find the first 2 colors I wanted and ended up going with my third choice which was relatively unprofessional as well. I left with gel and polish all over my skin. Finally I got up to the counter to pay and they charged me $50, when I was told it would be $45. I will not be going back and do not recommend it to others unless you want to pay $50 + tip for 4 days of barely decent nails.
