I sat down, and I was trying to put the chair into kneeding mode instead of chopping mode on my back, and the lady helping me didn't know what I was trying to do because we spoke different languages so Lim came over once she asked him to to see what I needed and he told me that is an auto mode so it goes through the kneeding and chopping and rolling on your back and I asked if I could just put it on the kneeding option Because I didn't enjoy the chopping. There are several different modes on the chair many different buttons to choose from, he then proceeded to tell me if you don't like it go somewhere else he didn't explain that he only has it set in Auto and there's only one setting, even though there are several buttons to choose from he kicked me out of his store telling me to go somewhere else. I talk to him telling him I did not understand that he only had the chair programmed to One mode even though there are 8 other option to choose from. I explained I couldn't understand the lady helping me with my pedicure because we don't speak the same language and he threw me out of his store. I think this is a terrible Example of customer service if he is not offended because someone wants to put it in a different mode he should have a sign saying there is only one mode and it is auto. Even post manicure, there was no massage, no lotion, no cuticle oil, nothing! Finally I got up to the counter to pay and they charged me $50, when I was told it would be $45. Also, they made me scrape off my own gel because they were busy. Didn't like that and could be what contributed to my problem.

My toes are never even, the gel is never smooth, you can see through the color and my nails are always jagged. I'm so sad. I noticed today during my appointment I could see through the white gel and asked if he would fix it and he said no because he already did the top coat. Like I get it but I'm literally paying for this service...My other toe has little bumps all in the gel too. I have had good experiences getting my nails done! I really like how my nails turn out but very disappointed in the quality of the pedicure. The experience is nice but that doesn't matter if I hate the way my toes look. I'm going on a trip tomorrow and I'm super sad about my toes, feels like a waste of money. On a positive note, the place always smells good and feels clean!

I asked several times to fix and she argued with me they looked fine!!!! Different lengths! The French tips aren't even even and it's so slanted! I called to ask for a refund and to be fixed they told me I needed to pay for a fill if I wanted fix and they wouldn't do a refund! I asked to speak with the owner several times and he told me he'd have them call! Called back over the course of several days and he would keep saying they will call the next day but no call was ever made to me! Ended up hanging up on me when I asked for his name as well as the number for the owner since he hasn't called me despite several times telling me he would the next day.
