Came here for the first time to get a fill. I had to wait for a few minutes before I was greeted, although there were employees you were sitting around and on their cell phones just scrolling. It did not feel very welcoming when I walked in or my whole visit. The lady who helped me did not do a good job. She also was not friendly and didn't speak to me at all. My nails are not even, they are thick, and the appointment felt so rushed. One of the worst fills I've had. I am going somewhere else so they can get fixed. In addition, I was not once offered a drink during my whole appointment while other customers were. The employees also spoke to each other in their language and it seemed they were talking about me and kept laughing. How uncomfortable. I am very disappointed in this experience and find it ridiculous that the owner is responding to Google reviews to ask the customer to remove them. That is their experience and you should not ask for a poor review to be removed. Provide better service. Simple as that. I will not be back and not recommend them. read more

Pleasantly surprised with this 5-star Nail Salon. The best gel manicure I have gotten in a long time. Clean and comfortable tables & chairs. Appreciated how soft the technician was with removing my gel and cuticle cleaning (sometimes technicians are aggressive or go to fast with filing or cleaning that stresses me out or even knicks my sensitive skin - not here! Great care with my nails). To top it off, great lotion massage for ~10 min. Total $35 for gel manicure. I'm only visiting in town, but will definitely return when I come back to Utah. read more

I got a pedicure with my mom and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. They offered us drinks before our pedicures. My mom even messed up her pedicure an hour or so after we left, we just got regular polish, and we asked if they could fix it. They said of course! UPDATE 9/29/21 - Just tried making a third appointment. I was told they'd prefer me using their polishes versus my own, or don't bother going in. What kind of nail salon tells a client they will not allow you to bring in your own polish? Not only is that a personal choice, this is really unprofessional. Gel manicures are not for everyone. A nail salon should provide a variety of services and accommodate their clients, not shun someone because they have preferences. Just moved to UT and finally found a nice clean welcoming salon. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is their lack of uv/nail dryers for REGULAR nail polish. BUT I was allowed to stay as long as I needed for my nail polish to dry, which was very nice. I have been rushed out and made uncomfortable at other salons because I need extra time to dry. Not everyone is into Gels, etc. Mimi did a very nice job on my regular mani/pedi. I will be back at this salon on my regular bi-weekly schedule, which I have missed since my move. read more

I live in Provo but drove about 25 minutes to try this nail salon- and it was so worth it!! I haven't found a nail salon that I love in the area, so I wanted to try somewhere new. A friend recommended this salon to me, and now I'll be recommending it to others as well! I always get nervous about asking for designs or anything on my nails from past experiences, but they were thoughtful, they took their time but still finished in about an hour (with an acrylic removal as well) and they gave me my favorite gel manicure I've ever gotten! I went in today to get a full set done. i was very upfront with steven about what i wanted from the beginning. i showed him a picture and said i want this cat eye but as a french tip so the color is at the top. he said okay and we started. his acrylic building was terrible. that should've made me realize how the appointment would go. he would get a good sized bead of acrylic apply to the nail then keep shaping it and pushing it off till there is basically no more acrylic on my nails. i got a long set so i know that these don't have any structural integrity and will snap once they get slightly over grown. we then start doing the color and steven tells me we will start color then do the french tip. i thought that was weird since normally you leave the bed of the nail alone and carve out the french tip with a smaller brush so there's not as much work. but i trusted him because hes the one that works there. he does my color all wrong at first and i have to tell him to fix it which gets him frustrated. we're done with color and he reaches for the cuticle oil and i ask what about the french tip. he tells me no we're done. im so confused at this point and tell him i said i wanted a french tip and SHOW HIM A PICTURE OF WHAT A FRENCH TIP IS. others start coming over telling me they will start over and do it for me. at this point i am so over being there and not being listened to i am just ready to fix it at home. Steven clearly didn't know how to do a cat eye or how to do what i was wanting. it was frustrating that it seemed like he was very annoyed with me and pulling at my hands and being very aggressive during the whole thing then on top of that does it all wrong read more

My usual nail salon was closed for the week so I decided to give signature a chance because one of my friends gets her nails done here and they always look great! I made an appointment day of for 12. I arrived 5 minutes early, and despite this, my appointment didn't start until 12:20. This was totally fine though and it really didn't bother me that much. An hour and a half later- which normally a dip and tip appointment takes me about 45 minutes- I left with really not great nails. The tips he put on my nails were a size too big, making my nails look really weird. The top coat was dotted with air bubbles and streaky, the dip powder was over my cuticles, and around my the surface of my nail was uneven. I didn't have time to get them fixed at the time, so I just drove home and fixed them myself. Reminder, I asked for almond shape. read more

I was impressed, my normal nail spot was booked, so I gave this place a try. I'm a bit shocked to see someone post a picture of their nail bleeding because this place seems like they would have fixed whatever issue there was. They were very professional and very polite. I almost called Bliss as a back up plan but their customer service is straight ridiculous and they are extra rude and for the amount I'm spending I want good customer service. My favorite thing about this place was they had several men working and I just thought that was cool. One gentleman did my toes, and they look great! I would post a picture but I'm not trying to show the world my feet lol. Another gentleman (wish I would have got his name) also just asked how I was and checked in on me and my daughter to make sure we had everything done we wanted. i went here a couple weeks ago and i got a full acrylic nail set. i asked for almond shaped and it was more of a round shape than almond whatever it's fine. i didn't want her to redo them all anyways i got a chrome with white polish underneath. she got the top coat all over my cuticles and when she was putting the acrylic on she messed up and it hardened on one of my nails, and her manager had to come over and file it off underneath, and she filed it too much and so I could see through the nail which was horrifying and not what you want. but also, if I wanted them longer, they would be five dollars more and the acrylic was $10 more and I really wanted to try this place out and was really hoping for a good outcome but I thought wrong, also I had the nails on for six days not even a week, and they all fell off when I was in the shower. I won't be coming back to this place because I spent $75 on a full set of nails, not including a tip cause of how terrible the lady didn't care about my nails. I wish I had a picture because they looked really good but the shape wasn't there and my cuticles are messed up with the polish on them. I don't know why the reviews are so high here maybe because the other employees were nice but the one I got just was bad luck or something I don't know. read more
