The attention to detail and care that used to make their work stand out just isn't there anymore, and the results don't seem to last like they used to. There is also one nail tech in particular whose behavior is extremely unprofessional. She can be argumentative with clients and openly speaks negatively about others in the salon, even within earshot. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflects poorly on the business as a whole. I've given this place multiple chances over the past few years, hoping things would improve, but each visit has been more disappointing than the last. It feels like more effort is put into maintaining the salon's appearance than the quality of the actual services, which is frustrating as a returning customer.
