I used to love this nail salon. It was my go-to spot for a couple of years after I first moved here, but unfortunately the service and overall quality have declined significantly over time. The attention to detail and care that used to make their work stand out just isn't there anymore, and the results don't seem to last like they used to. There is also one nail tech in particular whose behavior is extremely unprofessional. She can be argumentative with clients and openly speaks negatively about others in the salon, even within earshot. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflects poorly on the business as a whole. I've given this place multiple chances over the past few years, hoping things would improve, but each visit has been more disappointing than the last. It feels like more effort is put into maintaining the salon's appearance than the quality of the actual services, which is frustrating as a returning customer. read more

Normally, spending time in a salon good day well spent. They do have tons of gel color options. Few downsides. They charge $20 for gel polish. So if you get a pedicure with gel, it's $55 for a basic and gel. It cost me 130 for 1 adult and 1 child mani pedi. Not to mention the German roaches that were walking around the pedicure chairs. Employees kids running around making noise. It was an efficient job. It's just probably not high on the list of good places. The wait can be a bit much, so if you're in a hurry even with an appointment, be prepared for a wait. read more

I booked an appointment and sat for 35 minutes after the appointment time. I was not talked to and no one started my pedicure while I waited. I had allowed an hour and a half for the appointment since I had another appointment at 1:30 at a hair salon. I finally had to leave so I wouldn't be late for my other appointment. What is the point of an appointment if you just sit ignored for 35 minutes??? Very disappointed with their lack of service. Definitely won't be returning!!!!! When you have an appointment and your on time and by that I mean I was early. You wait thinking it's going to be a few minutes no big deal, but the tech never comes to tell you hey I'm sorry for your wait I'm running late or even acknowledges that you are there, but she can see you clearly from where you are both sitting was too much. She was too busy gossiping and than on her phone to care about her customer. I left after sitting for over an hour with no nails done and now having to find someone else to do my nails for a function I am attending. Very poor customer service. I like to think I am a very patience person and don't mind waiting, but this was just too much for even me. raised the prices and lowered your quality. Went there today and the makeover in the salon is pretty but the quality has dropped off quite a bit. Should of left the inside alone and keep the quality. We didn't even have to wait, we checked in and before we could sit they called us to get our nails done! They are very nice and make sure you are taken care of how you want the mail tech asked me 10 times if I liked what she did and I couldn't be happier! The waxing took no time and they were very gentle compared to other places I have been to. Pedicure was spectacular! He managed to get the calus off my foot without hurting me! Horrendous customer service. This business does not usually accept appointment times on Friday and Saturdays, however, they said they would make an exception for my sister and I when we called 2 weeks ahead of our desired service date. That Friday morning, the morning before my sister's wedding, we arrived excited and were met with unnecessary rudeness. My sister informed the front desk associate of exactly what she had been told over the phone and the woman responded with "not here today, you don't have an appt" And continued to insinuate that we were lying in order to cut people in line. I showed up an excited new customer and quickly became ready to leave without giving them a single cent of my money. However, my sister desperately wanted her nails done for her special day, so we stayed and they fit us in. Came for a pedicure for me & a mani and pedi for my daughter. I specifically asked for a gel, Mani and Pedi for my daughter. They looked at me and said no gel and continued to ask me what I wanted. I said if you can't do gel, regular is fine for her but then they AGAIN asked . I then continued saying what can you do on her ?? regular or gel whichever is fine. A very young Hispanic girl whom clearly seemed to be younger than 16 came over to paint her nails with regular polishShe clearly didn't know what she was doing . Left a very poor job , I had finished my pedicure and she still took 10-15 longer to finish painting. I do not recommend at all. read more

The absolute worst experience I've now had for the second time. I walked in at 9 am and was told to have a seat at a work station and pick my color. After waiting until 9:55 I asked how much longer... to have a staff member huff and say no one would be there until 10:15. The second time I walked in at 9:30 am after standing at the counter for 15 minutes someone finally walked by, and I asked how long it would be for a full set and was told "I don't know" and just kept walking to help someone else. I asked if someone was working the counter so I could schedule an appointment and was told no. After that I asked for the owner or manager and was told they were on vacation, and the Salon didn't actually open until 10am. Which is a lie, it's posted on the door and was recently changed, bc it did used to say 10am. They have been opening at 9am for a while bc I go there and I know. They was getting angry at me as if I were the problem. I saw 5 people leave due to their behavior and one of them said, good luck staying in business this place is filthy and the customer service is even worse. Greenville is worth the drive! read more

I have been to this salon several times and they always do a fantastic job. The ladies that do pedicures are friendly and funny.

Nice place but not a quality job from the technician I got. The man who did my acrylics did not build them up enough nor did he even apologize for ripping part of my cuticle and making it bleed (I wasn't even getting a manicure, just acrylics).
