I don't foresee going back to this salon. I received a SNS service and felt the process was more like a gel. My dip manicure lasted 6 days before it began to chip. Also, the powder along my cuticles was already lifting up. I was astonished by the $35 charge, as I'm used to $40-45, so I tipped well over 25%. I see now that you get what you pay for. I ended up getting my nails redone at a different salon and my manicure from there lasted 3.5 weeks before I truly needed a fill-in. And NO CHIPS from it! Just moved here so I was looking for a nail salon. I found this place through google reviews and it had good stars. I usually Always check yelp but I didn't and I am glad I didn't because I would not have come based on the low review score they have here on yelp. The prices are decent. Walk in only. It smells so much like nail polish in there and there was a wait time of 30-40 mins but honestly they did such a wonderful job with my nails that I would come back again! I def recommend. read more

Well I actually like this place. I love a man nail tech. He was so sweet . He really took care of my feet. Seated right away. I didn't stay long. If you are allergic to gel bring your polish. They only provide gel polish. They have a lot of staff and free Wi-Fi. They provide drinks. They practice social distancing and take your temperature. Pros: Nails are done very well. They're up to date with the designs. Henry does my nails and he's great! Keeps conversation without being too chatty and does a great job on my nails. Con: It alwaysss smells really bad in there. Not sure if it's a plumbing issue or a rodent problem but the stench is terrible! They don't open the door to even air it out. I'm glad for my mask and I always spray it with some smell good before I go in. read more

It is always a pleasurable tranquil time I have my nails/eyebrows done here. In fact other than my hair stylist this is the only place I trust to do my eyebrows. They give the longest best leg massages. And my nails are always perfect! I can actually close my eyes and fall asleep when they are working on my feet and yes, sometimes even my hands! They also give discounts for military, student, teachers and hospital employees! I also would like to add I have been coming here for years and have referred friends and brought my boyfriend to get his feet worked on and everyone I know comes back. I love the family atmosphere and really just the peace and quiet that you don't find in a lot of salons. They were very nice and friendly and helped me pick out a good nail color for my manicure. The whole process did feel very rushed though and I don't think it was worth the pretty high price for a gel manicure. I just wish he had taken his time and given me my money's worth instead of speeding up to get to his next client. My nails look great, but he definitely could have given more attention to my cuticles because during the process he messed them up so I expected him to fix them but he just didn't. I only stopped in for a wax, so not much time was spent there. I gave this location 4 stars because the lady that did my wax listened to me. I am VERY particular about my eyebrow shape and really prefer managing them myself, but with my new baby, I don't have as much free time. I needed to be cleaned up and told her just that. She didn't do anything more than I asked, therefore, I was very pleased. She even asked me if it was okay if she plucked a few that were not accessible with wax. I would definitely return! read more

If I could give this shitty place no stars I would. Before I even walked through the door the disrespect was apparent. I was holding my baby in her car seat as she slept and no one opened the door for me. Once I got in, an employee asked me if I had someone to watch my baby. I reassured him it was her nap time and she was fed and changed and wouldn't be a bother. He made it clear he wouldn't accommodate me. He definitely discriminated me for the fact that I had a child. Shame on this place. I will make sure I use every opportunity to tell everyone of my experience. Left disrespected and disappointed. read more

This was honestly the worst service I have ever seen in a nail salon, and I am not even picky when it comes to mani/pedis. The communication was horrible, the staff was rude, it took forever to be helped, and the manicure was rushed. The staff was impatient and it was made clear to me that they did not care about customer satisfaction at all. Even the customer sitting next to me noticed that I was having a hard time with my technician and jumped in to try and help. I left incredibly frustrated for spending $55 on an awful experience. Worst pedicure ever. The guy who did my pedicure was way too hard during the massage, and it was actually painful while he was filing and clipping my nails. A week later I had THREE ingrown nails and have never had one before in my life!! Not to mention all the employees were dressed far too casual, as in all of them wearing graphic tshirts and casual shorts. The place is also beat up inside, many parts of the wall need repainting and there's hardly any decor. I went here because I needed a quick pedicure and that's what I got, but at a terrible quality. I work at the hospital and wanted to get my nails done quickly on my lunch. I went right around noon so it was pretty busy but I only had to wait about 10 minutes (which to me is a good sign if they are busy). The girl who did mine was quiet and didn't talk which I kind of prefer. I got a shellac manicure which included nail shaping, cuticle work, color and oil massage and paraffin wax dip. It took about 45 minutes total. I do my own nail usually so I'm pretty particular and this one was one if the better ones I've had. Definitely would recommend, especially to hospital staff! read more
