This place was fine, just your typical nail salon. Nothing great, nothing bad. The ladies are friendly and the prices are good. It's clean and welcoming. They girls do a nice job and pay attention to detail. However, please DON'T waste your money on a gel manicure here. It's more than twice the price of a regular manicure but the polish they use is some off brand that peels right off your nails. I got a gel manicure here on Tuesday and when I left the shop, it looked great! But by Thursday it was peeling at the edges of all my nails. And by Friday, it all peeled right off. All ten fingers. The polish just came off all in one peel, as if it were a sticker. I get gel when I need a manicure to last a while. In this case, I was going on vacation and wanted my nails to last. Unfortunately though, it all peeled off before I even left for the trip. A regular manicure would have lasted longer. Extremely disappointed. read more

Everything I was hoping for! I got a mani/pedi and I had Anne? for both. She was so meticulous and took her time even though it was super busy today. She did every single thing I asked with both shaping and cleaning of my toes and fingernails. Not to mention that she was super friendly and did an AMAZING job. 1st time here and I already know this is my new nail spot. The wait was minimal. They were super friendly and did an excellent job on my natural SNS nails. They shaped them perfectly and helped me pick out a color (I'm super indecisive) if you haven't tried, you should it's way better than gel and way better for your nails. First and last time coming here. I got a mani and a pedi. And both the girls who did my nails were in such a rush. I was there maybe not even 40 minutes. I don't think either of my massages were even a minute long. The girl who did my pedi tried to skip over scrubbing my feet or removing the callus. I know sometimes extra treatment on that area is extra. But EVERY place usually scrubs it a little she completely tried to not do it. I had to bring it up to her. And she tried to tell me I didn't need it. I don't care if I need it or not. It's what iam paying for. But for them to actually do what is already part of a peficure....its $5 extra. The same lady was getting her feet scrubbed and she wasn't charged extra. Never coming here again. Waste of money. This place deserves a zero. Needless to say...I didn't leave a tip. Came back today and a different lady did my nails. She dropped the tools on the floor and picked them up and continued to use them. She rushed since it was near closing time and didn't do that great of a job. There was no massage, just put lotion on for about a minute and didn't even bother rubbing it in all the way. Went here for the first time this morning and I was unimpressed. I went to Kelly after reading other reviews. I was her first appointment and she was about 10-15 minutes late. The other girls were rude. Not just to me, but to other clients. They couldn't be bothered to help walk-ins. They just sat on their phones. Nobody bothered to talk to their clients, just to each other, which I find rude and off putting. I've never had an SNS appointment take so long, I ended up being late for work. One girl checked to see if my nails were done and smudged 3 of them. She didn't seem to care when I told her I was already running late and I'd come back later to get them fixed. She proceeded to start grinding them down again. Not to mention I now have a red stain around all of my fingers. I've never had that happen before. I assumed maybe it would wash away when I washed my hands, but I t's still there. Kelly did an ok job, and the shape is nice, but I've had better. I found this salon in the Albertson's shopping center one day and decided to see if they could fit me in as a walk-in customer. They told me if I could wait 10 minutes they could fit me in and immediately set up the spa pedicure chair, so that I could wait in the massage chair with my feet soaking in the warm water. Since that day, I have come back dozens of times. The ladies that work at NAILtastic are nice and the spa pedicure chairs are comfy. They can accommodate a small group by appointment since they have 6 spa pedicure chairs and 4 manicure stations. When I come to get my nails done, I buy one of their package deals which includes a Gel manicure and a spa pedicure for $38. When compared to the other places in the area, this place is pretty inexpensive for the quality that they offer. I love the large selection of Gelish brand gel nail polish colors that they offer. They also do a thorough job and it makes my manicures last a long time! They seem to really listen to what the customer wants and don't keep pushing to sell additional services like I often see in other salons. It is a nice nail salon with good work at low prices. For this reason, it gets busy. Make an appointment to avoid waiting! read more

I had never been to this nail salon before and wanted to give it a try. After getting a pedicure done on Friday I have an infection on my big toe. It is swollen, red, has pus and is painful. While getting my pedicure I noticed how filthy everything was.. the arm rest had lotion and oil and stuff dripping on it.. the chairs next to me looked just as filthy.. as if nobody had bothered to even wipe them down w a towel let alone being properly cleaned. I have been here many times but this time was by far the worst. I had to wait 40 min just to get seen. They saw another person that got there AFTER me before even calling me back. Even after I got called back, I still had to wait another 15 min for someone to starting doing my nails. They need to be more specific on their prices like for gel/acrylic. There was a specific type of design that I wanted but if I saw that it was $10 more then I probably wouldn't have given it any thought. I had to tell the nail lady to make sure my nails were the same length etc. She was about to polish them before comparing both hands to make sure all nails were the same length.
