The place is super cute and clean with a wide variety of colors but the tech doing my nails was heavy handed and so fast with filing it hurt. I made an appointment for 5:00 and confirmed it would take 30-45 minutes total, including removing my old polish. about 10 minutes after 5:00, they wrapped my fingers in acetone and aluminum foil and told me it would soak for 10 minutes, and then we would do the manicure. 25 minutes later, my fingers were burning and I still hadn't been seen. The manicure itself was just so-so. There are globs of nail polish in some spots that hardened under the light (I did a gel/shellac manicure). And, all said and done, I was late for my next appointment. If given a choice for salons, I wouldn't choose this place again. read more

First and last time at this place! Went with my daughter because we received a gift certificate from a friend. They were extremely rude when we walked in the door and tried to rush us by not allowing us to select our nail color, then they did an extremely sloppy job. My daughte's nails were just painted and already the polish is coming off. The polish on my pedicure was put on thick and has irregular borders. Terrible! Don't bother with this place. I just moved to the state and area and thought this was going to be my regular salon based on the reviews. I'm pregnant and took care of my move largely by myself, I was in extreme need of some pampering. However, I was very disappointed and do not plan to be back. First, when I arrived, no one said a so single word to me, then finally I was asked what I was there for, I said a nail dip and a pedicure, no response, no direction, people just looking at me. I was then asked again by someone else, I repeated I wanted to get a nail dip and a pedicure, again no response, no direction, people just looking at me. I then decided that maybe I should sit down in one of the waiting chairs, I guess. Then I was asked AGAIN, for a third time what I was there for, I repeated again, for a third time that I was there for a nail dip and a pedicure. At that point, I wish I just walked out. After a moment of silence, the third nail tech to ask me what I wanted finally told me to sit in her chair so she could examine my nails. I had a light coat of clearish/white glitter polish but that was it. She told me she needed to soak the Polish off, thought that was odd but I get that glitter can be stubborn to remove sometimes. However, instead, she ushered me over to a peidcure chair. She then handed me a huge stack of nail dip colors to choose from, I told her that I actually had a picture of what I wanted, which was a more natural French dip type look. She still said I needed to select a color. I was like, umm, okay I guess I'll select how white the tip part should be then. But then later she said that the picture showed two colors and that I needed to pick one more. That second color was just supposed to be the normal clear/pink they usually use for the base. I was never asked to do all this at my last salon so I was confused. Just decided to go with one full nail color instead of the french look I was going for. Then she handed me this other huge stack of colors which was a blend of gel and regular nail colors, I hoped I was just getting regular polish for my toes, selected a red for the Christmas holiday, and felt slightly judged for picking that color. The pedicure turned out to be fine, though I could tell she didn't really want to be working/doing it and wasn't the best experience, but it turned out fine. After the pedicure, she brought me back to her chair for my hands. She removed the Polish, no need to soak it turned out, and started clipping my nails for the tips. I wanted tips because my nails were already incredibly short and I couldn't take it anymore. But the first nail she clipped was so short that she actually clipped my nail bed, it really hurt!! I told her that it hurt but she didn't acknowledge nor apologize. I thought about just getting up and walking out again, but stayed. I've gotten nail dip over and over again for the past year, one of the benefits is that you don't need the UV lamp. So I don't understand why she kept having me put my hands in it, I didn't want the UV lamp. The nails were supposed to be a very wintery and pearly whites, they came out with a pink hue (from that base color I mentioned) and she left them still thick. She put the oil on my cuticles but then told me to wash my hands. Washing my hands means that cuticle oil you just put on me gets washed off, and washing hands is more of an acrylic thing, not dip. Idk, overall I was very uncomfortable the whole time and wished I would have just walked out. I don't plan on being back, one of the worst experiences I've had. read more

I have gotten my nails done twice. Each time, they only lasted a week. I am not sure if the quality of the gel or the quickness they did it in. I travel for work, so it is not like I am destroying them with water or manual labor such as gardening. It's frustrating to pay that much for them not too last. The techs were nice not as friendly. The one lady spoke to me but her work was messy and uneven. When I was there, two ladies were talking about who their nails chip, should have known. I've gone here about 4 times now. Twice I've had my powder dip manicure done by one of the younger gentlemen that work here, and they both were amazing. The other technician I had is questionable. I have twice had the same older woman. The first time I had her, I was there early on a Friday evening, and she was clearly in a hurry to leave. (In fact, her husband or significant other was standing next her, repeatedly asking her if she was ready to go yet) She was in such a rush that she cut my finger badly, and did a very sloppy job on the manicure itself. I only tipped her because I wanted to be sure I could come back for the guys to do my nails. The second time I got her was later on a Saturday afternoon. I had forgotten to make an appointment , so I had to go with whoever was available. She clearly remembered me, and I have to say that she really took care this time to make sure I had a good experience. This manicure was much better the second time around, with no cuts. I still prefer the guys overall because their skills are just better, and I do recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice manicure. read more

I get regular mani/pedis w regular polish and buff/shine for my mani and am very particular about shape and shine, etc. I will go nowhere else now. Went in wit a picture of what I wanted they all seemed like they couldn't do It and it was a fairly easy to do my other salon wouldn't of had any problem doin it but they were clueless so I picked out something different and they couldn't do it in solar powder which they have very limited amount of it any at all they had a lot of dipping powder but decided to mine in gel polish but still charged me $65 which was ridiculous I won't be returning to this salon they they didn't even remove all of my last acrylic color they painted over it. read more

I went to this salon multiple times for dip nails and a pedicure before I decided to go elsewhere because the last appointment was the final straw. Apparently, the salon double booked the time slot and had me wait with acetone and foil on my nails for over thirty minutes. When I got someone's attention and said I was very uncomfortable, they still did not take the acetone off right away. Also, every time when getting dip nails, the tech had me put my hands under a UV light which is unnecessary and unhealthy. The one pedicure I had was rushed and awkward. I was very nervous by the way my toenails were cut. I will not go back to a salon that leaves acetone on for so long and doesn't listen when the customer is in discomfort. read more

They should rename this joint "speedy nails" 11 minutes from beginning to end on a pedicure. Rubbed my legs dry with the exfoliating stuff before I had even put my feet in the scalding hot water for a maximum of 23 seconds, and it felt like literally sandpaper. The girl made 4/10 toes bleed tearing up the sides of them. No lotion, no rub. It was absolutely terrible didn't pumice or anything. My nails are all uneven/crooked, half are thick and chunky, sloppy polish, no buffing or filing proper, used the rotary tools for everything. They don't have towels to dry hands with so the extremely loud blowy hand dryer is going every 3 seconds when someone else has to wash their hands. It's obnoxious, and annoying. Extraordinarily cramped and hard to move around. Minuscule gel polish selections nothing with glitter or sparkle in it, just a lot of the same colors in different brands. read more

This place leaves just about everything to be desired, except for the space: it's nice. That's why it gets two stars. My friend and I had a 12pm appointment for a manicure and pedi. We were about 15 minutes early and ended up waiting, which was fine. However, by 12:20 we still were not being seen. Finally, we were instructed to go sit in the pedicure chairs. We sat there for another 15 minutes before anyone even turned on water for our soaking bowls. We then sat in the chairs/soaking bowls for another 20 minutes without anyone working on us. Finally, a woman began to work on me but no one worked on my friend. Apparently, she was going to do both of us, one after the other. By this point, it's about 1pm (12 pm appointment and we still need manis) and my friend hasn't had any service started for her. To ice the cake, we then realized that while we were "soaking", someone had come in to the salon and was being taken care of by the tech that probably should have been working on my friend. By the time I was finished, we decided just to leave because at 1:30ish, with only one pedicure taken care of, we were well out of time and pretty upset. Other complaints: they reuse their gloves and instruments between clients and my friend said that her soaking bowl wasn't clean. Also (minor but very annoying) we were asked to pick a color, but due to the amount of time that had lapsed we had forgotten our number, and when we asked for the swatches again, we were brought completely different ones. So, we had to pick new colors and our singular! tech seemed rather annoyed that we were taking so long (ironic, eh?). Then, they didn't have the color that my friend wanted, so instead of brining back the swatches, the tech picked the closest color in number and proceeded to argue with my friend that it's what she had picked instead of just saying "I can't find the one you want, please pick another." She finally admitted that she couldn't find it. The one she was pushing had shimmer and my friend wanted was solid color. Even though the colors were similar, that's a pretty big difference in aesthetic. Anyhoo, wouldn't recommend. Although, like I said, the space is pretty. read more

I had my nail salon that I loved going to but I took a chance on this place THREE visits ago and I'm so glad I did. I found Sophie who is the sweetest. I come in with ideas and she runs with them. Wanted a slliiigghhttt pink to white ombré with a little st pats inspo and she killed it. I've had gel pedis there too and loved those as well. The salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, they have EVERY color of polish, gel and dip you could imagine. The process of making an appointment is super easy and the receptionist is super sweet. Bill is awesome, knows his clients and streamlines the process for appointments and keeping them moving. Location is awesome - significant others can go shopping, grab some grub or a drink, or even get a mani/pedi themselves while they wait! I indulged in a luxury pedicure late afternoon on the Friday before NYE. The studio was busy however, I was not in a rush so I didn't mind. My nail technician was amazing. He was so accommodating and consistently checked in with me regarding water temperature, pressure of massage, scent, etc. In addition, he did not rush my pedicure which I really appreciated. He took his time and each step of the luxury pedicure was very enjoyable. The scented scrub with real orange slices was such a unique touch! I have been coming to this nail salon for at least 10 years. When I saw the remodeling and Grand Opening sign I just assumed the original owners were giving the salon a much needed remodel. I didn't realize the salon had new owners....or I never would have come. Although it's a BEAUTIFUL salon now I desperately miss the old salon. A 5 year old could have done a better job giving me a pedicure. $30 is the going rate for a pedicure and I would have no problem paying that if I would have received a pedicure not a "nail painting." I must admit it's been a while since my last pedicure and I was greatly looking forward to the experience but was strongly let down. I asked if they could spend some extra time removing a specific callus and no surprise it would be a $10 up-charge?! I'm sorry but aside from a pretty color isn't that the main point of a pedicure?!
