I really struggled whether to give 3 stars or 4. I gave 4 because I have been here maybe 4-5 times, and Ashley always did my nails perfectly. Both manis and pedis. For the first time in all my life I've grown out my nails a bit and kept them long for a couple months. I went here to celebrate that and also get them shaped how I've gotten them shaped every time (tapered on the sides, flat on the top, softened a little at the points) and was excited because it looks even better with long nails. The reason for wanting to choose 3 stars is because I went back today and since Ashley wasn't there, I had whoever was available first. The language barrier between me and the lady who tended to me was too great to have any communication whatsoever. I couldn't ask her for polish recommendations, I had to ask someone else. She clipped ALL my nails and then filed them rounded down to almost stubs, despite me telling her "flat" and motioning her the shape I wanted multiple times. She didn't seem to have any interest in figuring out what I wanted, she was just doing her own thing. Please, nobody should be dealing with clients directly without a designated interpreter if their language barrier is too great. If the client's interpretive dance still doesn't work, then there's a problem. Someone else came over and took her place but it was a little too late at that point. He fixed them as best as he could and cleaned up the cuticles nicely, though he left the tips crooked on a couple. At least he tapered my nails better. Fortunately, sanitary measures were taken seriously, nobody was rude, and I wanted to make a review of all of my experiences collectively so that's why I kept this review at 4 stars. But I don't know if I'm comfortable going back there and the quality was just not the same without Ashley. I'm so disappointed at the experience and the loss of my nails that I went there to celebrate in the first place. read more

Customer service is always top notch!! Bill started my gel manicure and Sophie finished. They both did an amazing job! Love the light pink color and they filed just the way I like my nails (square cut)!!! The atmosphere is super cute and modern. Nailtique Studio is the cleanest, prettiest salon I've ever seen. Jennifer does my nails and she is great. I have hated my hands for my whole life, but with Jennifer's dip treatment, I actually like looking at my nails. First time visiting this nail salon and it is definitely one I will be returning to. The service was great and the staff was super friendly!

They charged me $50 to do a fill on my nails and the service was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
