A friend of mines daughter needed a ride to Wesley Chapel from the West End. As we were riding she asked if I knew a place she could get her nails done. I didn't but I knew the Kroger shopping center has been here for at least 30+ years and almost every Kroger shopping center has a nail shop somewhere within the development. We entered about 2pm on a Friday afternoon and it was pleasantly not full of people and there was no wait. She got her nails done and I decided to get a pedicure since I haven't had one in a while. The lady that did my pedicure was so friendly and funny. This location is a good 40+ minutes from my home if the traffic is on my side and I'd happily come back for another pedicure when needed. I tried this nail salon about 4 years ago and hated how they rush you and get an attitude if you want anything other than just a polish. They don't like to do any designs because she said they take too long. They are all about quantity and not quality. Last weekend I flew to Atlanta for a Wedding, but was in dire need of a manicure and pedicure. I went to yelp for suggestions and saw so many great reviews for Nailtrap. Luckily, I was able to sign in and get my nails done on a FRIDAY before close! Hannah was my nail tech and she did an Amazing Job! The service is great here and they are very sanitary. Would've given them more since I've been coming here since I moved back to Atlanta and hadn't had any issues but they need to work on their customer service. I came in on Saturday 9/1/18 to get a full and pedicure and before Saturday night my gel nail polish chipped. Since it was the holiday weekend and since I work today at 7 was the earliest I could get to the shop for a repair. I even called on Sunday and left a message of what happened. No one called me back at all and I was told when I went it I would have to come back when they were open. Even though they had multiple people and workers there that could have just polished the ONE nail that had chipped. So they expect me to wait until SATURDAY to get it fixed when it shouldn't have chipped to begin with. They've just lost 3 regular clients because me, my mom, and sister make this a regular monthly and sometimes twice a month girls time. Ridiculous. She tried to up charge me for gel power set but I politely shut that down because that isn't even a real thing. She broke most of my nails while I was there then charged me to add tips. It's only been 7 days and my nails look like crap again because she filled down too far. Their polish selection is great though. My pedicure came out fine. And she slayed my eyebrows. I have been going to NailTrap for 20 years and you cant beat the quality of service you get here!! Dan does my nails every time and he is amazing! They get you in and out as quickly as possible. The facility equipment is kept clean and they DONT allow kids who arent being serviced and/or who are under a certain age!! I have been going to Nail Trap for almost 10yrs. They are the best. I live in Buckhead and I dont mind make the 20min commute to get my mani/pedi. I have been letting Cindy do my Mani/pedi and Luann does my eyebrows. I dont have to look in mirror bc its always perfect. Rates are reasonable unlike some buckhead prices I have paid for. (only for polish changes). There is a wide assortment of polishes from Opi, China Glaze, Orly, Essie, and list goes on. The rest of staff is always friendly and helpful. read more

This is a mediocre salon. While getting a manicure/pedicure, I didn't see the technician properly sanitize the equipment. I was initially given the same towel as the previous customer. My pedicure was just alright, although the massage was nice. My manicure was terrible. They do not specialize in natural nails. I had to complain before the lady came to clean up my nails; she should've taken the initiative to make sure my nails were presentable. I shouldn't have to complain about the mediocre job. I probably won't return. I'll continue to go to my black salon because I know they take the proper precautions with sanitation & the quality of work. loann & tony are the best nail tech, cindy & mya do the best pedicures ever in the area. get there early as possible because they do get busy. loann and her husband kenny own's the place and run the joint pretty well. make sure you sign in as soon as you walk in so you want be skipped over. if you do not have a specific person that service you at this nail spa, then they will give you some one who is available to complete the service you need. i have been going to nail trap to get my nails and feet done for 25yrs. loann is so busy doing eye lashes and eyebrows on friday and Saturdays, that she does not do nails on these days. you have to let her do your nails during the week. monday thru thursday. remind you, this nail shop be very busy on friday and saturday from 9am-8pm, so bring your patience and get there early as possible if you can. read more
