Minus one star because the price keeps increasing. As of 5/1/26 it's $35 for a basic pedi. When I wrote my first review it was $22.. Yes, the bowls were tiny and there were no massage chairs, lighted decor or ambiance. But honestly the pedis were just as good. Do we need upgraded renovations to feel beautiful? No but that's progress. And everything else is going up. Apparently we'll patronize no matter how high the prices are. At 5pm the sign says "no more pedicures." Come early and put your name on the list, especially if you have a favorite nail tech. Then ask how long the wait is and have them call you. Sign up the evening before if you want to come in the morning. Don't put your belongings down unless you want them covered in dust.. Bring cash or use their ATM. On the plus side, the wait wasn't too long and there are lots of DND colors to choose from. I picked a pretty reddish pink #235. They use fresh tools for every customer, goodbye cheese grater! She even squeezed fresh lemon on my toes! I bring my own foot soak. Neo soul plays in the background, I'm pampering myself. But at this price point it's more an occasional splurge than bi-monthly ritual. read more

I have had to go back too many times to have a nail or two redone because the gel or SnS chipped after a couple days. AND they send you back to the tech who originally messed up! Very frustrating and TIME consuming! It is clear to me that the majority of the nail techs there do a poor job. If you are willing to wait hours in line to receive service from one of the few techs there that are on point, then go for it. However, You will get a good pedicure and i may consider going back only for the pedi. read more

I would love for you guys to use products on our skin (all races) that will heal and restore as well as rejuvenate the layers of the skin with better products. I would like to see an improvement in my skin from visiting your shop versus a decline because you're using dollar store products or products that have artificial colors and fragrances. I'm sure you will adjust pricing and that is fine by me real oatmeal,lemons,orange peels etc. All natural oils would be nice also please change out those gel lamps they are old and have burned my skin twice ( had to make sure it was indeed the gel curing lamps). Today I went to this nail shop to get my nails and toes beautified for an up coming event. Mary was my finger nail tech and she did an outstanding job! My favorite tech Julia did my feet. I had to wait awhile to get her but, I would not have had it any other way. Julia is an extra ordinary person, very detailed! I wear steel toed shoe 5 days a week 8 hours a day and yes my feet were jacked up but, she brought them back to life! They look and feel amazing! They rush to take so many customers that they put my feet in cold water at home little foot tub while being uncomfortable and the lady rushed my feet so hard that it wasn't even enjoyable and did a crappy job and the toe paint job wasn't the best at all . Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon I highly recommend to not come here. I came in as a male for a basic manicure with clear gel coat. First off they make you pay before the getting seated (been to many nail spots before and never been asked to pay first) so I pay the 40$. As we start, immediately I knew the lady was either brand new or just didn't belong. Totally inexperienced. Just to do the basic manicure took 1 hour and 15minutes, WITHOUT the gel coat. Ladies were getting fulls sets hands and toes done and every left before this lady can simply do a basic manicure. Also makes me bleed by doing too much with my cuticles. No shape or consistency form finger to finger. By the time she did that I said I know I already paid for it since you make us pay before but I don't even want to the gel anymore I just want to leave . Never coming back, my fault for being lazy and not driving 15minutes to my regular spot. This salon is 100% quantity over quality, they have like 100 nail techs. The lady that did mine her shirt was all dirty with mustard stains and all type of stuff, and her fingers were covered in pink paint as if she just got off a construction job. I've been coming here for years, since before the Renovation. I haven't eaten all day, I grabbed food to eat while I soaked and prepared to wait an hr or more for service per usual. The Tiffany's husband, the Manager/owner, tells me I can't eat in there. Really? I always bring something to snack on because the wait times here are so astronomical you will starve waiting for service and for him to tell me I've been coming here too long I know that they don't allow food is madness This is the first time I have ever had anyone tell me that I can't eat harmless chic-fil-a nuggets an establishment that I'm paying to be at, doing pedicures. For one, I'm not a child, and I always clean up behind myself. So this isis the icing on the cake. If you have time, this is the place to go. If you're in a hurry find someplace else. They are thorough and do a great polish job. They spend a lot of time on your feet. Once you go here, it will be hard to go elsewhere. COVID-19 lives here(almost certain)!!! This place is disgusting! Ghetto as hell. Signs all over about kids and speakerphone conversations. No clean supplies--eww. They don't clean the pedicure bowls out (barf). They don't even use clean tools. I don't even know how this place is open. I feel like I need to shower just from sitting down in there. This past Sunday I tried this nail shop first visit. I was greeted at the door. I signed in and the manager asked me to sit in one of the booths. Overall this probably the best service I received in nail shop in this area. The guy doing my S N S manicure was very detailed. The manager came by the booth I was in to see that I liked the end result. The person who did the pedicure did a great job. Very thorough. The wait can be up to an hour on Saturday or Sunday because of the volume of people. The open at 10 am on weekends so come early to avoid longer wait on weekends. Payment options are cash or checks. They do have an atm inside if you don't have cash. There's plenty of parking because this is located in a shopping center. The atmosphere is great. Very inviting. Booths and overall look are new.
