I came here for a quick mani pedi. I couldn't get into any of the places I typically go, so I figured I'd give this a whirl. I can tell from the careful appointments and layout (as well as the grand opening sign) that this place is newer. Don't let the plaza it's in fool you, it's aesthetically appealingly! As for a basic mani/ pedi, I paid 45 plus tip. I brought my own clear for my nails and chose hot pink for my toes. Their color selection is based off the gel they have to offer. They use the regular from the same set-- which I think is smart and cost effective. I was a little anxious because many of the staff kept coughing-- and Covid is real despite folx acting otherwise. But the staff was masked and so was I. Some of the other clients were not-- which is why I've preferred to go to places that have just one client at a time. Overall, my nails came out good. She listened when I said not to over clip my cuticles and I feel good about the way it looks. Let's see how it holds up. read more

My experience was so terrible I'm leaving a review in the parking lot. I will NEVER return and I wouldn't tell anyone who works hard for their money to go here either. The atmosphere is nice but that's about it. The prices are unreasonably high for the quality of work being done. I've never had such a poor experience. I get my nails done regularly and tip well... this place got nothing but this review considering the price for everything was more than enough payment. I was told 2 different prices for the same pedicure. I was also lied on and lied to forced to have to be miserable with what I have or pay for them to fix it. Just moved to the area and little did I know that saying I did. OT want gel on my toes would create havoc. The lady snatched the little toe separator from my toes and slapped the cocoa butter on me and half massaged my legs and feet. Mi d you I had to tell them I only had half my pedicure because she was not going to give me all things listed. I was spending $55...I need everything listed. Even after the service she never said sorry or my. Ad... nothing. I would ever go back to this salon again. Linda did my nails and she was the ONLY person that showed empathy. If you want basic service from Nasty, rude people who look like they they are miserable...this is the salon for you. Otherwise, keep moving. read more

I really get a pedicure every few months just as a treat. However when I do I always get the same tech. She doesn't do a good job. She is not friendly and I don't like her attitude. Now, maybe I should stop going to them but its convenient to my home and I really don't know anybody else. But this time I wanted to post because enough is enough. They come in our communities and give less than good servce..I think! I'm tired of it. The prices have gone way up but service is really nothing to brag about . I wish I could find a African American salon in my community that gives good service and makes feel like I'm actually wanted as a customer not use take my money. read more

On 1/26/19, I went in for a pedicure, SNS, and eye brow wax Pros: The service is amazing. Everyone was friendly and trying their best. Cons: The SNS is terrible. I get SNS on the regular and it can last me for 3 weeks. 1 hour after it was done, my thumb cracked straight across the nail. There was no accident with my nail and I didn't even notice until I was showing my friend the color and she pointed out the crack. I was upset but just brushed it off as I live an hour away from the salon. Today, the corners of 2 of my nails chipped and took my real nails with it. I also have lifting at the cuticle on multiple nails. After paying full price for professional service. I am highly upset. Definitely will never return. Linh did my nails. read more

I was just riding around and found this place in passing. There was a short wait, about 5-10 min, while the tech finished another nail. Linda did my nails. I showed her a picture of the length and shake I wanted. She replicated it perfectly. There gel polish is a little more expensive than most. I'm use to paying $10 + full set, they charge $15. I have been going to this nail shop for over 14 years now. My mom, sister., my. daughter and auntie all come to this nail shop. The workers are great especially Mike and his wife. The prices are not cheap like they were 10 years ago but hey everything everywhere have tripled in price. I will always return to this shop to get my nails, feet and eye brows done. This is my first visit to this nail salon and of course I got my gel nail manicure and my pedicure and the pedicure was out of sight. they wrap your legs with a warm towel and your feet with a separate warm towel. I had like four warm towels on my legs! My pedicure technician did an extensive massage to my legs and my feet after receiving a sea salt scrub which was outstanding. Two people were working, one on my hands and one on my feet so you're not sitting in that chair for hours. I believe they have been in business for quite some time. It's a very clean and pleasant environment and they actually engage in conversation with the customer. I also had my eyebrows done just to see how the good the service was and really wasn't impressed with it, but overall I gotta say they give you great service. My total trip was $59 and it was well worth it. I will go back again. read more

I get a mani/pedi. The materials used and quality of work were not great, but weren't just terrible either. Personally I won't be going back there, but I can see how a person in need of a quick, cheap mani/pedi may benefit from their service. Just keep in mind that the quality will be subpar. read more

Lee is one of the best nail techs! She has been doing my gel manicures for quite sometime and has never disappointed me. She's a perfectionist so everything is perfect cuticles and polish always very clean. She's given me the best pedicure I ever had.. no dead skin or callous left hardly ever! Probably THE MOST TERRIBLE NAIL JOB IVE EVER HAD. I asked for a full coffin set and a pedicure when I come in. One person tells me $35. The other tells me $40. I let the proceed anyway. The shape of my nails were all different shapes. None of them coffin. I tell the nail tech on is crooked, she files it's twice and puts 6 coats of paint on my nails. GEL! Like the polish was going to fix the shape. Then before she begins to paint, ask me to pay. Why am I being rushed to pay when I'm getting gel? That dries fast! Don't waste your time ladies. Worst nail salon I have ever been too. The products they used on my nails were very poor quality as soon as I walk out the shop and the sunlight hit my nails I saw all the flaws. My nails started and chipping lifting the very next day. They need new nail techs because the one these have do mediocre nails not worth my $40 dollars.
