Do not go here. This place saw my MRI and knew exactly what was my problem they convinced me to sign up for 6 sessions took almost $300 and nothing I went to 4 sessions because I really wanted to give them a try but not even slightly better I asked for a refund for the last 2 sessions and they refused keep in mind I had asked for my refund since after the first session and they said you need to give us a try and nothing. Also the first session is longer than the rest they just crack you and bye take all your $ with no intention or knowledge on how to even fix your pain/ problem. Save your $$$ read more

I recently visited The Joint in South Gate for an appointment, and I want to share a balanced review of my experience. First, the doctor was excellent. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely helped relieve most of my pain. I left feeling much better physically, and I truly appreciate the quality of care I received from him. Because of that, I do plan on continuing treatment and getting a membership. Unfortunately, the front desk experience did not match the level of care provided by the doctor. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, right when the office opened, yet the receptionist came across as rude and noticeably annoyed. It was surprising and disappointing to be met with that kind of attitude at the very start of the day. Front desk staff are the first point of contact for patients, and their demeanor sets the tone for the entire visit. In this case, the negative interaction impacted my overall experience enough that I've decided to continue care at a different location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as customer service at the front desk plays a major role in client retention. A more welcoming and professional approach would make a big difference. read more

The South Gate location has a great staff (Dr. Novak) and courteous receptionists. I just met Dr. George, who not only displays a great temperament, he also is in my top five for technique and efficient approach. Was referred to this place by a friend. I was experiencing severe sciatica and decided to try this before going to urgent care. I'm glad I did. I went in as a first time client. The receptionists here are so rude. She seemed bothered when I was asking questions. They basically only take walk ins. I preferred to drive 15mins down to the Downey location where the customer service is BETTER. Even if I have to wait I prefer to wait somewhere where the receptions don't have an attitude when providing information. Had an accident, came to this place cause I didn't knew better, they had a nice promotion going on but turns out the so called promo they had on their wall only applied to members, in pain I said f..k it, let's go, ended up paying 3 times the amount they had on the window but just so you don't feel that bad they give you a "free" adjustment" and then you can only visit 4 times @ month, when you are in pain that doesn't matter at all so I just went with it, when I finally got to the see the chiropractor, he asked what was the issue, I explained and just like any other person that went in there, I had to lay down and get a back massage so then they can crack my neck and tell me "we are done" see you next week. I asked the so called chiropractor if he was being for real and he tried to explain to me that the problem I had needed to be worked from my neck down to my lower back. Thing is EVERYONE THAT COMES IN TO THIS PLACE SEEMS TO HAHE THE SAME ISSUE! They don't want to help you, all they want is to take your money and do the bare minimum just so you can continue your membership, anyways, I spent the entire month here and nothing changed all I got was billed again, I mean what difference can you get on a 45 seconds adjustment? After wasting time here I found a real chiropractor and with half of the amount they charge in this shady place I got a real adjustment with no membership Bullsh.. after that I tried to cancel and THIS PLACE WILL PUT AN EFFORT TO MAKE YOUR CANCELLATION AS COMPLICATED AS POSSIBLE. I got billed an extra month just asking and waiting for the cancellation email who I sent twice and nothing happened. Stay away from this place, they don't care about you. read more

DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL!!! A complete waste of money. I came here for treatment and ended up leaving with pains much worse than what I originally felt. My wife came in for sciatic pain in her left side and instead of giving her treatment for that they instead messed up her lower back and now because of their so called "therapists" my wife now has to suffer from lower back pain along with the sciatic pain she has. She never got treatment for the sciatic pain. Save your money and just have someone give you a massage at home that would be much more effective than coming to the joint. read more

I came a little while ago when they had a first time promotion it was an easy process but they were no good. when I crack my back I sound like literal pop-rocks and I don't even have to try to make myself crack on my own so why is it that the "professional" couldn't make my back crack AT ALL i felt no relief nothing.
