We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! When they moved to their current location, we found them promptly, as we needed some leather dining room chairs! Even at that we are still waiting for them to get the custom cut blinds completed. We had to send multiple emails and leave phone calls to get an update. We were told that Hunter Douglas had a machine that was broken. Also that they were "looking" for a template that went missing. In any event, they still have done nothing to make the situation more palatable. Andy, if you see this, here is an easy solution. How about offering a discount for the delays and problems we have encountered? They may be the largest dealer of HD blinds in Summit County, but they are extremely slow to respond after getting your deposit. I would never use them again and would stray away.
