I have a dark complexion and was fearful of burns, so I did a lot of research before settling on Ultimate Image. They use a Gentle YAG Pro-U machine and I've had no issues. After the very first appointment I didn't have any hair growth in the treated areas for over 5 weeks! Definitely worth the price to give razors a break. The office is pristine, and they are timely with appointments so if you're running late, you'll likely be rescheduled. I loved the woman who did my first appointment (Krysta!) but unfortunately I have been assigned to other technicians for each of my subsequent appointments. When I woke up Friday morning my face was so dry and red. I called them to tell them and she said she would have the esthetician call me as she may have some creams to help. I also told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she assured me that she would have her call me. It is now Saturday afternoon and I have not heard from anyone!!! This is such bad business as they don't care about your skin and just want your money!!!
