I came to NakedMD exactly two weeks ago for Botox, and I really wanted to like this place. I have worked with different plastic surgeons and medical spas for most of my life, just not here in Las Vegas, so I was genuinely hoping to finally find a place locally that I could trust for my regular Botox treatments. I actually did not even want to leave a review, but after waiting the full two weeks to see my results, I am really disappointed. My brows still have full movement, and even my bunny lines are still completely visible. At this point, the results are nowhere near what I am used to seeing after Botox. The overall experience also felt a little off and somewhat confusing. First, a PA came in to medically clear me for treatment. Then another woman came in to discuss what treatments I wanted and recommend additional services. At the time, I did not even realize she was a consultant because there was no real introduction, so I initially thought she might be the injector. After that, I was left alone in the room for about 15 minutes. Then a completely different woman walked in to perform the injections. Again, there was really no introduction or explanation of who she was before starting the treatment. I eventually learned that she was the nurse injector and that she had only been with NakedMD for about a month. The lack of introductions and communication made the entire process feel awkward and disorganized. As a patient, you should know who is consulting with you, who is medically clearing you, and most importantly, who is actually injecting you. Unfortunately, between the experience itself and the Botox results after two full weeks, I'm feeling very disappointed. read more

I wanted to wait a week for my results kicked in before writing my review. Kristen was my injector, she gave me 50 units of naked tox, this is my first time trying that product. So far I love my result. In my case getting Botox can be delicate because I have hooded eyes and injecting at the wrong place can make it worse. I explained all this to Kristen, and she was able to give me the brow lift i wanted. She listened, she knew what to do and she delivered. I can recommend this plans I will be going back. read more

Got my masseter and DAOs done for the first time. Then loved it so much I came back 2 weeks later to do my forehead, crow feet, and jelly roll. My first time was with Kirsten second time was with Rhe. Both of them explained the process and the aftercare thoroughly. I took the opportunity of the new client special which came with 50 units. Taissa came in for both of my visits to do a quick consultation of what I wanted to achieve while also making suggestions, which I appreciated since I'm very new to this lol. I went in for under-eye Collagel and had such a great experience with Rheanne. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She was very gentle during the injections, which I really appreciated. A few hours after the procedure, I have no bruising and only very minimal swelling (photo attached). This was my first time receiving any treatment for my face. I wasn't sure what to expect and was pretty nervous. I'm in my early 40's and am seeing the signs of aging. I decided to try and slow that process down and finally decided to do something about it. I was given an informative consultation for naked glow and scalp prf, which is what I was looking for. Kirsten was my nurse practitioner and she made the process much more reassuring. She was very specific in communicating what she felt I would need and also listened to my concerns. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. First, the place is nearly impossible to find-no signage or clear directions. Annoying, but manageable. The real issue was the staff, specifically Taesia. She was shockingly unprofessional, rude, and visibly bothered by my questions. Her attitude was judgmental and dismissive, with poor people skills and zero warmth. When I expressed concerns or said I wanted to wait, she gave her colleague a look that made it very clear she was annoyed by me. It was uncomfortable and incredibly unwelcoming. She clearly doesn't care about the customer and acted like answering questions was a burden. This is not someone who should be working in any client-facing role. I also asked to see lip filler results. The before-and-after photos were unimpressive, and she gave incorrect information about pricing (telling me other filler types would cost $300 more, which I know isn't accurate). When I asked about other services, she couldn't explain anything. For a brand-new business, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Now that it's been about 10 days since my filler and tox, I wanted to update my review. I honestly didn't think it was possible, but I'm even happier now that everything has fully healed. Kirstin is truly a talented artist. I've had lip filler before and was unhappy with the results, but Kirstin made my lips look absolutely perfect. She also recommended a reverse lip flip, which completely corrected my overly gummy smile--something I've been self-conscious about for most of my life. Do NOT go to this place. I asked for a higher upper lip and I got the same size upper lip just outward like an duck and a bigger bottom lip. I can't even shut my mouth completely or it's an extreme ridiculous sad lip and my chin now has a horseshoe underneath. Waste of money and they will never touch me again. people don't have extra money for this big of disappointment. There was even a huge line/bump in my lip I also mentioned after I immediately left and was told to wait 2 weeks so it has time to settle. It's been 2 weeks and it's still visibly there. It was my first time getting filler or Botox or just anything done period and I was worried a little bit about not having the result I wanted and I left so in love with absolutely everything!
