This was my second time coming to this location. Walking in the lobby area it was clean, well lit with ample amount of seating. The decor was nice and the wall of products was pretty The girls at the front were very friendly despite having to get seen right away and having to leave due to scheduling conflicts on my end. I was taken to the exam room and of course it was just as nice as the lobby. Clean, bright and very nice esthetic. Monique was my lip lady. I was greeted by a young lady named Barbara in the front as a consultant. She took me back within 5 mins. She was very sweet and allowed me to ask allllll my questions without judgement. She was also very transparent with me when it came to pricing. She was adding and subtracting services for me based on my budget. She smiled a lot and was very helpful. After about 20 mins of me figuring out what services I wanted, she numbed my lips and let me know Nurse Seviny would be in shortly. She checked on me again after about 10-15 mins (waiting to get numb) and let me know my nurse was preparing my tray. Seviny came in and was super sweet and professional. We held great conversation throughout my service. I felt at ease during the entire procedure. Which was quick and relatively painless. The experience of setting up my appointment through social media was definitely a good experience, so the stars I'm giving are for that and for the cleanliness of the lobby (because that's as far as I got). By time I got there and finished filling out all of the intake forms, it was roughly 5 minutes after my appointment time. The lobby was already pretty full so I thought it was a good thing, but no, apparently they were just behind (and this is me ASSUMING) because the 50 minutes I waited, not once did a staff member let me, or the other patients know that there's a wait and that they're behind. So in all, I wasted my time and energy to go there to be asked once if I need water. Did not reschedule because I felt they didn't care enough and maybe it was a sign. (P.S. Also I LOVEE the results. It's reassuring to have the trust of an experienced and kind professional who knew exactly what I needed. and everyone in the office was equally sweet, kind, and professional too. I've had two services so far and even brought my mom in. Everything is transparent, and they offer products for purchase. If you'd like to add on other services during the same visit, it's possible. I'm definitely going back. My mom had a fear of needles, but throughout the entire visit, she felt warm and relaxed, and she was pleasantly surprised when the service was done. She has her second service booked and paid for too. As for cleanliness, it was spotless. No issue there. The check-in process was smooth, but the check-out process is slightly longer. However, the staff is attentive and efficient. If you have paid for services online, please inform them beforehand. As I mentioned, they are well-organized and will promptly retrieve all the necessary information. Overall, the visit experience and exit process is positive. Pricing and services are incredible. The prices are incredibly affordable compared to other office locations, and the services and treatments are exceptional. I used to drive out to a different office in Walnut Creek, but I will never go back. I received informative post information for care. The Do's and Don'ts very helpful. Hello, I went to naked md for microneedling with PRF and under eye PRF. The staff was all super sweet and knowledgeable. They helped me with my aftercare products and everything without being pushy which I really liked. The person who preformed these on me was Monique. Called a few times last week and they didn't answer their phone. I kept calling and finally someone answered just to put me on hold for 9 min. I called again the following week and the same thing happened. Somebody by the name of Kaitlyn answered the phone and she was lost on what to do and she kept me on hold for eight minutes she never check in to say she was doing some research. I would be careful with this office for me at it all starts with the person answering the phone representing the business. I'm taking my business somewhere else. read more

I came here back in November, the staff was really nice however I was taken to a room where I waited about an hour for one of the girls to go and take pictures of my face. She then said someone else (injector) would be going in and it took maybe about 30-45 minutes for her to in introduce herself and put numbing cream on my lips. Said she would be right back and it took at least another 30 minutes for her to go back in and that's because I got up and opened the door to the room. By the time I left I was already over it as I was almost late picking up my daughter from school what was an early appointment at this location. read more
