It had been about 2 years since I've gotten any work done so I was definitely due for multiple reasons. I didn't know I had a NakedMD in my city so I was browsing the internet and came across them they had multiple amazing new patient deals so I took advantage of the specials they had paired with reading their reviews I decided to proceed with making the appointment. The Medspa itself is located in a medical suits of all sorts theirs is on the first floor half of way down the hall to left. Atmosphere cute, clean, modern aesthetic. Each gal I came in contact with (3) was very kind, informative & hospitable. My injector was Monique & she was so gentle & sweet to me! She looks like a princess and she does magic to you! I ended up with a full syringe of Versa Lips, and toxins for my forehead, elevens (highly affected area for me) & chin dimpling (highly affected area for for me) , & it's called a "sprinkle" of Raidesse it's not a full syringe it's .5 or less I don't remember what she said just that it was a smaller amount in my chin (my chin slightly goes in and has not much projection aligning with my lips) & WOW I look immediately better, I've experienced with lips before and always have good results but to me I'm such a such a weenie hut jr when it comes to pain & needles I'll sit there and take the pain because beauty is pain duh but out of all the times I got my lips done this time did NOT hurt usually my eyes just automatically tear up but not once did they. I forgot the name of their numbing cream but the one they carry works well I was surprised but of course pleased with the entire experience start to finish. I added on more work when I was there but I did originally only come for the specials lips & tox. Added more tox to chin and did small amount of radiesse for chin. I plan on coming back in a few weeks for Sculptra as my face has lost some volume and I would like to correct now before it gets any deeper I'll be back in a few weeks! Also I already have lips naturally so personally I love my lo results after the swelling has gone down usually for me that can take 4-6 days in my personal experience! Some girls look amazing right after I look a little crazy hehe but healing for all girls always look great! Thank you NakedMD for the great results & experience. This was my second time coming to this location. Walking in the lobby area it was clean, well lit with ample amount of seating. The decor was nice and the wall of products was pretty The girls at the front were very friendly despite having to get seen right away and having to leave due to scheduling conflicts on my end. I was taken to the exam room and of course it was just as nice as the lobby. Clean, bright and very nice esthetic. Monique was my lip lady. And she did such a great job explaining everything and not over doing it to ensure the best results. She's professional and personable at the same time. I was greeted by a young lady named Barbara in the front as a consultant. She took me back within 5 mins. She was very sweet and allowed me to ask allllll my questions without judgement. The experience of setting up my appointment through social media was definitely a good experience, so the stars I'm giving are for that and for the cleanliness of the lobby (because that's as far as I got). By time I got there and finished filling out all of the intake forms, it was roughly 5 minutes after my appointment time. The lobby was already pretty full so I thought it was a good thing, but no, apparently they were just behind (and this is me ASSUMING) because the 50 minutes I waited, not once did a staff member let me, or the other patients know that there's a wait and that they're behind. So in all, I wasted my time and energy to go there to be asked once if I need water. Did not reschedule because I felt they didn't care enough and maybe it was a sign. (P.S. I called again the following week and the same thing happened. Somebody by the name of Kaitlyn answered the phone and she was lost on what to do and she kept me on hold for eight minutes she never check in to say she was doing some research.
