The only downside (and it's not the food!) is the inconsistency of their hours. I never really know when they'll be open. More than once, I've driven out (totally worth the drive) only to find them closed. It would be nice if they had posted hours or even a number to call. But here's the thing: I still take my chances, because when Diana is there, the food is 100% worth it. And beyond the food, Diana herself is so kind, whenever she sees my kids, she gives them a little something for free, whether it's a drink or candy. That small gesture makes us feel like family.
