I don't know if you can set an appointment, but I have always done walk-in. The owner, Krishna is friendly and professional. I think she does great work, attentive to detail, and the price is reasonable. Every visit is $20, which includes a $5.00 (aka 33%) tip. I know she offers other services, but I never had experience with those. The place is casual, as walk-in, you might be the only one, or you might have to wait for 2-3 other people ahead of you, but most get eyebrow threading so it is quick. If I was the only one in the salon, I know I will be in and out in 10-15 minutes. She also has loyalty stamp card where the 6 visit will be half off.

I pulled a number and I waited 45 minutes without my number getting called and had to finally leave, as it was a weekday and I had a work meeting at 1 pm. The second time, I arrived again on a weekday, this time on a Tuesday at 7:20ish. There were at least 9 people ahead of me and I immediately asked the threaders, 'do I have a chance?' Their policy states that last call is 7:45. The threaded responded 'yeah you do.' I had my ticket in hand and went to a store nearby. I returned before closing and there were still customers in the chairs having their brows threaded. It was minutes before closing at 8 and as mentioned, there were still women being threaded. I came with my number and the threaders now stated 'no we aren't taking anyone.' When I reiterated what I was told just some minutes before, they said 'you have to wait here.' I was in absolute shock. There is no sign written that you must wait there after you have already pulled a number for your spot in line. There was no notice of this when I had just spoken to the threaders when I asked if I had a chance. This felt like a convenient excuse in the moment. Only come here if you have 2 hours for your commute and to sit and stare at all of the other people waiting in line for an hour before your turn comes.

Had a conversation with Nia & she explained how the owner has an eye for design & was she right. The place had such great energy & Nia was just amazing. I explained my terror with having to grow my eyebrows out after I had a barber leave me with thin eyebrows & here we are. After months & months of letting them grow out I am finally back! Nia took the time to draw out the shape & ask me if I liked it. She actually took the time to see the differences in them & try to make it work. The end result was AMAZING! Erin remembers things I've said in past appointments and is kind and courteous. The booking system is super easy and I can always find an appointment time that works for me. If you need to, you can reschedule your appointment easily as well -- just make sure it's AT LEAST 24 hrs before your initially scheduled appt. Payment is really easy too. Erin's studio is clean, cute, and inviting. It's easy to get to, and there's plenty of free parking and things to do in the strip mall and nearby. She also has products stocked that you can pick up to maintain between waxes, like oil, exfoliating tools, and others. You can also buy online if you'd rather.
