    Garlic naan

Lovely shop in Worcester Public Market! Detailed breakdown below: **Service, 5/5** Friendly and great customer service. A guest who had finished his curry asked for a little bit more sauce for his leftover rice and the woman there happily poured some over his bowl. **Price & portion, 5/5** Different curries are about $10 each, and naan is about $3-4. **Presentation of the food, 5/5** Piping hot and colorful! **Taste of the food, 5/5** I just ordered a garlic naan but it was delicious. Made fresh to order with aromatic garlic and melty butter on a fluffy naan -- perfection. My family got the chicken tikka masala which they really enjoyed and also went back to order a garlic naan after seeing mine!

Really not expecting much from an Indian stall in a food court but we were totally blown away by Namaste Woo. Service was lovely & food was outstanding! I was most excited about trying pani puri. It is a hollow, crispy-fried puffed ball that you fill with a mixture of potato, chickpeas, onions & spices, then douse it with spicy water & sweet sauce. Pop the entire thing into your mouth & enjoy! We also tried the chicken samosas which were delightful. Hubby loves chicken tikka masala so we got an order of that. Nicely spiced with a ton of chicken & perfectly light as air basmati rice. We took a chicken Frankie home for late night munchies. A tortilla wrapped with rice, chicken curry, some veggies & spicy sauce. We washed it all down with a lovely mango lassi - a delicious creamy drink with mango, yogurt, milk, a little sugar & a sprinkling of cardamom. For us, the lassi was a perfect dessert concoction - lightly sweet, cold & creamy.

This place is located inside the Worcester Public Market. I first had it at a pop up event at Redemption Rock. It was so good that the last time I was at the Worcester Public Market I got this again as well as some naan bread. I haven't been to many Indian restaurants in Worcester but this is delicious. The naan bread is also good. I highly recommend this place. It's now a new favorite in the Worcester Public Market.

We found one larger table in a small alcove nearby the high-tops and then there is an open area at the front that hold about twenty tables or so. A microbrewery is attached to the market too. Everything executed *perfectly.* Started with the White Girl Woke. Perfect blend of flavors and not too sweet. Ordered Da Wangs. Word to the wise, they are massive. Delicious. Perfect Korean fried chicken crunch. Main was the Gnocch Bokki. The flavors were SO rich and decadent. I basically picked my plate clean. The food came with kimchi and white rice on the side. Overall fantastic meal. Service was good. Not overbearing. No fake friendliness. Efficient and helpful. The chef came out at one point as well. I complimented the fantastic food as well as the hip hop music piping in over the speakers. I'm currently trying to come up with an excuse to come back tomorrow.

Situated inside the Worcester Public Market, which is right at Kelley Sq, parking can be a little hectic. Of the several times I've parked in this area, I've managed to find street parking by driving up either Green St. or Harding St. The interior is a bar countertop that wraps around the central kitchen area and bar stools. No traditional seating if you're hoping for a traditional restaurant experience. The server was very friendly and the whole place had a great young, kinda rebellious vibe going on. We ordered two things and were quite disappointed with the quality of the food and the immense wait time. Da Wangs ; we came here precisely for Korean Fried Chicken which is especially known for being double-fried. The cook pulled them out of the heating drawer - already fried as expected - and dropped them in the fryer... and then proceeded to disappear for several minutes. Oh no. The plating of the dish looks delicious, but biting into it... the worst fried chicken we've ever had. The skin was so hard and crunchy and the burnt taste was unavoidable. The only redeemable flavor was the very paltry glaze of hot honey on the wings. Gnocch Bokki ; we love tteokbokki and this seemed like a really interesting take on it. we watched the chef fry up the aromatic ingredients and mushrooms for what seemed like forever. AND he disappeared multiple times. We don't appreciate waiting 40-50 minutes for food for no damn reason. The rice cakes had a delightful crisp to them, but the duck was utterly dry and unenjoyable despite the sous vide description. The sauce was unpleasantly cloying after the first few bites. I don't know what I'm suppose to take from the flavor profile, but IMO it just tasted like a plate of hoisin sauce. The bartender/waitress talked about how she had past career experience as a food safety (or health?) inspector and it was interesting to listen to... and shortly after that she grabbed a bite off of a large sauced-up plate near the burners... and then the chef proceeded to use that same plate to glaze our wings. We will not be returning.

I like to try a variety of food and decided to try this place. I want to make it abundantly clear that this three star review has NOTHING to do with the service. The young man who cashed us out was incredibly kind, understanding, and explained every aspect of the food. He even offered to let us try a free empanada. Their service was 5 stars worthy. The food was not. I had the bowl and my significant other had the chicken arepa. He said the arepa itself taste good but was small for the price. My bowl was just okay. The rice was bland with some hard pieces, plantains were mushy, and the beef was a little stringy and I felt it was pretty bland as well. The black beans were the best thing in the bowl. My dish was warm at best. I'm disappointed to write such a low review because I wanted to like Sabrosa but ultimately I should have tried any of the other dozen options for lunch in the market.

We placed an order online and the order took about a half hour for about 5 rolls. Wish it was a bit faster but the restaurant seemed pretty busy. We spent close to $50 on that last order and the crab Rangoons were unfortunately missing when we came home. Bit disappointed on that. Main reason for dropping of stars was I felt the quality of the sushi wasn't as good as our last visit. Both rolls just didn't have a ton of flavor. It didn't taste as fresh as our last visit. Flavor wasn't terrible but it was just... okay. Not sure what happened--maybe it was an off day or the quality suffered a bit. But hopefully they can improve the sushi rolls. Also from my last review they had a promotion of a discount online but my discount wasn't honored online--no big deal. But after a text promotion my crab Rangoons weren't honored either? Thumbs down. If folks do really enjoy this place and get reeled in on online promotions, definitely make sure they honor it. I was aware of it but just didn't want to deal with it. Cheers.
