I did learn about their heated and non heated classes, immersive classes and various types of yoga to choose from. Serene surroundings that transport you to a gentle environment. This was a breath of fresh air, what a delightful experience! We came for a water immersion class, which was slightly heated and incredibly grounding. Our instructor was an amazing mix of calming and clear and supportive. The studio is clean and welcoming and the screen adds a cool element to the practice that really helped me stay in the moment. The spa water and snacks were an added bonus! It makes it feel like a place to hang out and stay awhile. Such a great studio, I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area! read more

Wow! I was introduced to Namaste Yoga last night when DeDe S. invited me to join her for a 6pm Fire Flow class taught by Gabby. I made the decision to join within the hour before the class so I quickly went online to purchase a drop-in and was in the studio before I knew it... I have to say, I've been to a lot of yoga classes and studios over the years, but this one is pretty unique! They call it a Cinematic Infrared Yoga Class and while it was my first time in this room to practice, it will not be my last... I really enjoyed it! The staff were super welcoming, the studio is stunning and unlike any other I've been in, the class flowed (flew) by and it was a great workout... I love how clean the locker rooms are, that there is a beautiful outdoor area to chill in before or after, and that they offer some fresh oranges, water, tea and have some food / beverage for purchase too. This studio is not the most geographically convenient for me, but I will go out of my to return. Namaste! read more

Absolutely beautiful studio! You can tell they paid attention to the little details when designing. Everything was well thought out.. from the lemon/orange water, free harney and sons teas to choose from, and the patio for lounging after class! I took 2 mat Pilates classes ( 60 minute fire sculpt with Miguel and fire express 45 minutes with Melanie) here and highly recommend both instructors. Class with Miguel was a bit more fast paced, but still allowed you to engage your core and not feel rushed. He has a great flow to his teaching style. Melanies class was more gentle and a bit slower but I definitely felt the burn in my core!! She has such positive and calming energy. I would definitely make Namaste a staple in my routine if i still lived in town. Also love that they sell LMNT packets and sparkling cans!! read more

I'd heard about this studio through my Yelp friend Gabriela, and it sounded really cool, especially the cinematic yoga part! Unfortunately it's a bit far for me, but because it sounded really interesting and different, I decided to give it a try. They offer a pretty good introductory offer. 3 weeks of unlimited classes for $80, which seems like a lot, but since the drop in rate is about $40, I figured I'd go 3-4 times and get my moneys worth! Namaste yoga offers a few different classes. I wanted to try the fire, water and earth classes. Fire is a hot flow, water is a warm flow and earth is a non-heated yin. I met up with my friend on a Saturday morning for the fire flow class. The studio is beautiful and new, with bathrooms, showers, lockers, and an outdoor area to relax on after class. They also have a TON of events going on each month and retreats you can participate in. I was slightly disappointed in the cinematic yoga room, as the pictures online made it seem a lot bigger and different than it actually was. Besides that, I really enjoyed trying out the classes they offered and the instructors were all really great, always offering modifications and suggestions. Each class ended with a refreshing, scented, cold towel which I really enjoyed. I LOVED the fire classes with Charles on Saturday morning. Those were my favorite and I would come back to take those and highly recommend to others! The earth yin class was my next favorite, very meditative and restorative. Steven did an awesome job teaching that one. I would also take that class again. The water flow class was my least favorite, but only because I prefer quick vinyasa flows or meditative yoga. This class was kind of a mix of both? More of a flow, but slower. I took Helen's class and she was very nice and helpful! If this studio was closer I would definitely consider a membership here. I came here tonight for their soft opening as I was intrigued by what is cinematic infrared hot yoga? Their grand opening is tomorrow but I won't be able to make it. They were posting all over IG and since IG knows I am a yoga junkie, this place appeared so I gave it a gander tonight. I signed up for one of the 60min fire flow classes which starts at 5:30pm and $20 a class. I showed up about 15 min early and got a nice tour of the facility. The photos and videos on IG made this place look a lot bigger, but that's ok, it's still a nice yoga studio. There are planning to have a cold plunge option here soon too. I wished also they had a sauna... There is a women's bathroom with Himalayan salt accent everywhere and there are also two showers available. Lockers are cool in that you don't need a lock and just punch in 4 digits to keep your stuff locked up. Yoga room was nice and there is a huge cinematic screen of a beach (I didn' t take a photo of it but just check out all the photos that the business owner posted), which is a really nice effect. It reminds me of when I am on a treadmill and you can select a scenic route to view while you jog, except this is way better and it's from ceiling to floor! It truly gives a very calming effect! I now want one for my home! The woman giving me a tour told me infrared plates were installed on the ceiling. I don't know if I believe the hype yet around IR, and I need to read up more on the science. The room was nicely heated, probably to about 98-102F, so it wasn't burning up but it was super warm which is so nice when it's cooler outside and it's a lovely way to get your muscles warm and juicy. The woman giving me a tour also told me their humidifier wasn't working yet, but that didn't bother me one bit. I'm not into humidity and heat, but that's an option for these classes when they get the humidifier going. The class was good and I got a nice workout, it was more a slower Vinyasa than I am used to, but it was nice to kind of slow down a bit. Class had about 10 people in it. Teacher was solid and was very nice and sweet. Half way thru class, we were given cold wet lavender towels and also at the end. I prefer just at the end of class to have one of these towels but this was a nice touch. Probably my only gripe with this place is that they have such a beautiful lovely patio out back which was so nicely decorated but it was facing all the busy traffic as their studio is at an intersection. Super bummer about that as I just couldn't relax with all those cars in my view. This is a great neighborhood yoga studio and I love the heated class I attended. It's a bit too far for me to venture up this way just for a yoga class, but if I'm up here for something else, I'll definitely keep this place in mind and you should give it a try too, the cinematic theme was really awesome. Melonie is extraordinary! I absolutely love her Inferno Pilates class. She does a phenomenal job of explaining exactly which part of your body you're focusing on, while also incorporating exercises that help prevent hip, knee, and back pain. Her vibe and energy are everything! Her class is a must-take ... she's truly a gem. Every time I leave one of her classes, I feel empowered and ready to conquer whatever comes my way! read more

Writing this after a month of taking 2-4 classes a week. The studio is very nice and the cinematic feature really helps set an ambiance to help get my mind right. All of the instructors have been really supportive and welcoming, and their own personalities and approaches keeps things fresh and challenging in different ways. On Saturday, Emma (fellow yelper) and I met up to see what this cinematic experience was all about! I've been waiting patiently to try this studio because it offers infrared heat...the cinematic screen was a bonus though. I haven't been practicing at a yoga studio for about a year...just been doing down dog at home on my "down dog" app. Thankfully, this studio has a generous intro offer: 3 weeks for ~$79 of unlimited classes. First day we tried the Fire Flow with Charles...it was everything and my body missed the infrared heat...I couldn't believe how bendy I was and that's saying a lot because my body is slowly but surely getting back to full range of motion after my cancer journey. The studio is GORGEOUS!!! All the details from the lighting, tea, fresh fruit, lounge areas to the yoga gear were designed with intention. And that's just what you see before stepping into the yoga studio for practice. The practice studio space is inviting and the cinematic screen is relaxing. I love that the rest of the walls are mirrors so I can check my alignment. Everyone has been super friendly from the staff to the fellow yogis. I even met Charles' girlfriend and made a new IG friend my first class. I also took another Fire flow from Julie and was not disappointed one bit. My next class is the Water Flow and then I'm looking forward to the Inferno Mat Pilates flow. It's worth a visit. Your body will thank you for it! read more

Wow love this place! I came to Namaste Yoga for the first time to try the EDM yoga class and was absolutely blown away! The cinematic wall creates such an unique experience. This studio is truly one-of-a-kind. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, and welcoming. I came back a few days later for Water Flow Yoga with Avery, and it was exactly what I needed... grounding, strengthening, and realigning. Avery's energy and thoughtful instruction made the class feel intentional and empowering. I left feeling sweaty, centered, and amazing. First of all, the studio is unlike any I have ever been in, with a cool black floor, cool towels twice during class, infrared heat and a video display that puts up the most relaxing backgrounds. Fabulous yoga studio which has a therapeutic and peaceful environment. They offer a great morning class taught by Pandora called Earth Yin which helps to stretch out tired muscles and aid in flexibility as you start your day. The community of people who lead, instruct and attend Namaste also round out the whole experience. The cinematic experience with the dim lit room was the final close for me to join. I've been looking for a good yoga studio for sometime. As a longtime practitioner and teacher it's hard to find good solid classes. I just tried Namaste for the first time this week took the fire flow from Simone. It was solid. The infrared heat is fantastic. It is not too hot. The lemon infused essential oils are amazing. The two cold towels that are provided to us one during practice and one during savasana is such a nice touch. The space itself is phenomenal, inclusive of the beautiful showers and all the details and fine touches that they have created as a full experience. I signed up for the three weeks and I will be joining as a member. I highly recommend Namaste go check it out. read more

This is my first experience with Hot Yoga, and I can't imagine not incorporating it into my health journey. First off, Namaste is brand new, beautiful and clean. Not only is it yoga but it has Infared lights and a cinematic wall, which adds to the experience. Ashley, the owner, is an outstanding business owner and has made this a fantastic studio. She and her staff are top notch, super friendly and helpful. There are a variety of classes, not all are "hot", so if you truly don't like hot yoga, they have other options.
