They have a lot of printers, shredder and office supplies plus boxes for moving or storage. They don't have a lot of employees but those that are there are helpful and friendly. I'm surprised the store was more full with people but I definitely recommend them for office and school supplies when you need them.

But worst of all is the HORRRRRIBLE experience you get if you need to send a package or pick up something from the printing area. The employees who work that area are the most rude, slow, incompetent people I have ever encountered. They will literally see you standing at the counter, ignore you, and then just start working on something else. Not a "hey, I'll be right with you." Thank God that there is a UPS store nearby where the employees are courteous and very efficient. I only go to Staples when I have no other choice.

Bought new regular ink, the message was that the cartridges and the printer could not communicate. Brought it into Staples and they said that after 14 days there was no returns. He pointed to a sign on the counter and could not tell me where it said it had to be repacked. Ended up paying 14 dollars for a box there. Amazon confirmed that this was not correct. Amazon advised that if the box is packed in the original manner it was shipped and the labels are removed, UPS Store is supposed to take the package at no cost to the customer and it does not need to be placed in a plain box. This was a horrible nickle and dime scam that was reported to Amazon. I say this because it seems this location (which until today ive never had an issue) see's a lot of elderly folks.
