This Fedex location has been able to save the day in a pinch on multipe occasions. Whether it's a quick print job or making sure a package is sent out on time, I'm always able to get in and out of the store within 10-15 minutes. Manager also took it personal when I didn't want to pay $410 to 2 day something when it should've been $40 if they just carried all the stand issue boxes . I stopped in to pick up an order that I placed via email. The same order in which I typically place. A sheet or more of champagne bottle labels that I customize. This time the sheet was over $12. I asked why the price was about double and the gentleman whose name I didn't catch didn't know. He says to a young lady, "she said she gets this all the time and the price is wrong." In turn she said it was the fee to make more than one label on the sheet. Still confused as again I have ordered this several times. A third person, a gentleman says she had to create the template so that means it's a set up fee. Each one a bit rude and seemingly over the fact that I didn't just pay and leave. The original gentleman at the counter says, "are you going to accept the terms and pay?" Agitated by the tones and way I was being handled I just paid and left. I'm always ok with paying for a service. But if as a customer I ask about a cost, please explain sure, perhaps even offer an apology and let me know that perhaps it's a new fee. Whatever the case is, the entire exchange left a horrible taste in my mouth. For reference I will attach some of my previous orders. Which shows that I patronize this establishment and as stated order the same thing most times and know what I pay. The 3 stars is because the labels are always done nicely. Amazing service, difficult parking! If you park outside on the street don't forget to pay for parking! There's no such thing as free parking in this area. If you park in the garage and take the elevator down that'll cost you $2 for the first hour. The employees who work at this FedEx location were super helpful on the three days I had to come in here to ship items out. I came in to pick up my print work and needed urgent cutting for an event I was hosting the same day. One of the people there, name Alex, told me he would not be able to help me (when cutting doesn't take too much time) which meant I would have to cut 100 pages on my own. but then Osiris offered to cut the papers for me. I was sooooo happy and sooo grateful!!! She's been super helpful for the past 3 days I've been coming and extremely patient. My first day going to FedEx she was the only one to say hi and ask me what I needed help with when everyone else saw me waiting at the print station and never once acknowledged me or said to wait a little because they were busy or give me a time frame. I ended up waiting 15 (with no one approaching me) before Osiris finally saw me waiting after she was busy herself helping a client and walked over to helped me. If I could give this location negative stars I absolutely would. I arrive around 8pm to pick up 2 packages that I had requested the night before to remain there since I wouldn't be available for delivery. I'm greeted by a staff member who was willing to assist me and very pleasant. I let her know that one of my packages says it was "refused by recipient" and wanted to know why. When she tells me she isn't sure I ask to speak to a manager. The Manager, Maria, is standing right next to her counting money in view of everyone and abruptly says "I'm the manager and I refused your package because of weight restrictions." I respond: "why wouldn't Fedex tell me upon requesting it to remain here that there is limitations on what you would and would not receive"? Maria: "that's something you would have to ask Fedex". Me: "ok, well I would like to pick up my other package." The original employee jumps back into our conversation and asks for the last 4 digits of my tracking number. I give it to her and she can't find it the package. I give her my name. Still nothing. At this point Maria now starts to look for it as well. Going through boxes that clearly looked bigger than one of my packages would've been, she can't seem to find it either. She then continues to count money. Not seeming to care that my package is no where to be found. When I ask if she refused my other package she tells me "no, I refused one". The employee checks the system and sees that it was returned to sender and refused by recipient, just as my other package was. Me: "Maria, why didn't you say you refused this package as well, and why are you treating me like this, the customer is always right". Maria: "no, the customer is NOT always right". At this point I'm taken aback and appalled by her and her lack of respect and compassion, let alone customer service. Im angry and let Maria know how I feel. "Why wouldn't you call me before you return my packages to sender and give me the option to have them reshipped or picked up immediately" I ask her. She responds "we don't do that in this store, your packages are somewhere in medley". I tell her she's being super unprofessional and rude and she ignores me, saying absolutely nothing, counting pennies like if what I'm saying is completely irrelevant to her. I ask why she's ignoring me and she tells me that I refuse to listen to her so she doesn't need to listen to me either. I storm out calling her a C yoU Next Tuesday (if you catch my drift) and tell her that she should be fired from working anywhere her job is to satisfy and assist customers. She tells me to have a nice day, it's dark outside Maria, the correct term would be "have a nice night". ARGH! I would never step foot in this place again, I immediately called fedex who told me she should not have returned to sender and that my package was only 20lbs. The gentleman who assisted me on the phone was also in shock at the way she handled herself and how she refused my items. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow and hope that something will be done immediately. The entire situation was uncalled for and so unprofessional. read more

What happened to the days when you could walk into a Kinko's, hand over a stack of documents and SOMEONE ELSE would copy them for you. In other words someone else would deal with the paper jams, the collating and stapling. The fact that everything here, including LAMINATING was do-it-yourself is why it gets two stars. But the poor girl that had to deal with my muttering and frustration was great. Noting the dazed helpless look in my eyes she helped me with laminating and with my color copies. Interestingly there WAS a copier in the back that she used to make the color copies. I should give myself one star for not asking how much color copies were before making 15 copies of a five page documents. Laminating 6 11 x14 sheets and 75 pages of color copies came out to $75. Yikes -- so much for my attempt at making cheap party favors. I'm sure this place is good for taking care of your office type needs so long as you know what you're getting yourself into. read more

This is a tiny FedEx Kinkos, but I'd come here any day over the other location close to me in North Miami. Though they only have one copy machine, two computers, and one printer, (which is why I deducted a star) the service when I went was excellent. If the name on my receipt is correct, then Evelyn G. is the one who makes this FedEx Kinkos shine. Because of their lack of equipment for customers to use, it could make for a very chaotic visit. But, Eveyln was on top of it. When I came in with an item to photocopy, she saw that someone was copying a large order and offered to photocopy it for me. It was something I needed cut into 4s, and she did that too -at no extra charge. It got busy while I was there, with 5 people coming in after me, but she handled it well- especially since she seemed to be the only one working! In Miami, a city that seems to care little about how customers are treated, Evelyn really surprised me. She took her job seriously and helped everyone in the swiftest way possible. Went into this FedEx around Art Basel week. I did run into 2 artists getting ready for Basel so I didn't mind the wait. They were pretty busy and the wait wasn't too long. However, expect to wait because they seem to be a bit understaffed. Employees are nice,friendly, and helpful but they seem to be doing a million things at once so you do have to wait. I recommend having everything ready before you get there and parking on the side streets. If your wait time isn't too long you can get away with free parking. read more

Small busy store in the middle of shopping plaza. I stopped several times and every time had received great service. Specifically from an associate Berlin, who was friendly and very helpful. I had to print and fax forms to my insurance company and Berlin not only assisted with sending those, but informed me that if the fax was not received by the receiver, I can bring it next day and send it again for free. This is my go-to Fedex because it's so close to Wynwood, etc. and because there is very reliable, low-cost parking in the big giant Midtown parking structure. Yes, it can get terribly busy at times, but often it's just a really low-key, convenient place in the middle of it all to get some copies made. 4 stars because it's rather small and because it takes very little traffic for this place to get busy. read more

I dreaded going to the one in downtown Miami with all its crazy parking drama (the first 15 minutes were free, but then the guy behind the counter would take 14 minutes to get to you and then wham, you're stuck paying a fee). This FedEx Kinkos is great for sending stuff out, stocking up on shipping supplies and getting things made. And they are fast. Despite an employee having adequate time to talk to a friend on the company phone, she claimed I absolutely had to place an order and come back later to get 10 B&W prints. Mind you, I only asked for assistance because the "works every once-in-a-while" print-and-go system couldn't read my PC-created, 186k .PDF file. And don't get me started about the suggestion to rent a computer station to print these out. Sure, let me incur the rental fee plus the 500% markup on prints in comparison to the self-serve copy machines just because your print-and-go system is a pile of shit. I agree with others that the wait is usually pretty long, which is the reason for the 4 stars, but I know this in advance and plan my trip accordingly. I'm sure it is not their fault for the lack of employees present but more so with how many hours they are allotted from corporate. Despite the wait, I always have a pleasant experience here and the employees are the best. They take their time with each customer, no matter the line or demands, and make sure that your shipments are packed with care. Just recently I had to mail multiple packages to different cities/states and Robert went above and beyond my expectations. He took his time to measure each item to find the right boxes and although they were short on boxes due to the holiday season still took them as the manager (sorry I don't know his name) offered to go pick up extra boxes to ensure my packages delivered on time. Went there Tuesday to ship a package that needed to arrive by today, Thursday, in the morning. It's currently 3:00pm. Online it says "Package is in transit." I called customer service. They tell me there were weather issues. Seems a pretty standard, throwaway excuse. They believe now package may arrive by 8:00pm tonight. Defeats the purpose. Recipient needed this in the morning. I went back to this Fedex Office at 3401 North Miami Ave and asked for a refund. I understand they didn't handle the delivery (but who knows if they got it out the door late). However, I made the contract with them. They told me to call a corporate number on the bottom of the receipt, file a complaint, and there's nothing more they can do. Should be they give me my money back, then THEY go to corporate and jump through all the hoops to be made whole as the error was a FEDEX issue. Anyways, not much I can do. Pretty screwed. All I can do is not go back to them (which I won't), and write a review to help other people pick a better carrier service. Bottom line - If you pay premium for guaranteed delivery, and they miss the target big, that problem is gonna be all yours. They don't care. read more

I went in to return a package and the woman behind the counter told me I had buy a new box because mine was too damaged. The box was in perfectly good condition and I left feeling annoyed because I felt like she was just trying to make money from me purchasing a box... A few days later I got a message from my building saying I had a package in the mail room. Not only did the woman from the Fedex counter not put the return label on but it was also in the same box that I dropped it off in!
