My fiancés fav food is soup, particularly Asian soups, so whenever it's his turn to pick where we eat there's got to be some type of soup on the menu. Nam's is my fav of the restaurants in his rotation because not only are their soups delish (my favs are the shredded chicken and beef soup) but their egg rolls are amazing (so crispy, even for delivery!) and they also have so many solid non soup items on their menu! It is totally worth the try if you're craving a warm soup with a tasty broth. I also haven't had a fried rice from here that I didn't like, so go ahead and add Nams to your rotation!

I'll start by saying that I LOVE Nam's Noodles. Is it by far the best East-Asian cuisine you'll find, no. Does it have a highly eclectic menu so you can get pot stickers, general Tso's chicken, and pho, absolutely yes. All in all, Nam's is not the place you want to go if your looking for top tier East Asian food, but it's serves as am amazing hub for (what's to me) East Asian comfort food. It's where I go if I've had a stressful week, don't want to break the bank, and want a little of everything. As long as you know what you're getting into, you'll be pleased (also, the karaoke is a blast).

The staff made our time here! We rented a private karaoke room with a group of friends. We placed our drink orders and immediately started making a playlist of all the hits from the karaoke machine. There is a separate binder with thousands of more songs... but they are all in Chinese :'oD The songs aren't the most current, but that's what was so great. Think R Kelly: Ignition (the remix, duh. what are you a monster?), Africa by Toto, Bohemian Rhapsody, and Beyonce *pre-Jay*. The best part is that you can order food while you're singing! The menu had everything from Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, and Chinese. The pot stickers were the most popular among out group, but I really my FN3, i.e. Drunken Noodles. The bartenders and servers were the best part! They crafted specialty shots for us to celebrate our special occasion, were constantly catering to our needs, and cleared the tables for us READ: more room for twerking! Did I mention there's a disco light and tambourines in the room??

Came it for dinner one night and it wasn't busy until after I sat down. Crowds seem to follow me wherever I go. ;) There was only one server and she seemed flustered. It was a while before I got my water. She kept apologizing to almost every table. They need to consider hiring an extra person to help. I ordered the pho that was a combination and I asked them to take out the tripe. It was a perfect amount of soup and noodles. Not a lot of meat even though it was the combination. I'm interested in trying the rest of their menu. I'll be back for sure and hopefully they get extra help.

5 stars for layout and Sony TV and the MUSIC!!! jamming baby. 4 stars for food 4 stars for wifi password provided when asked then updated and a sign made upon return visit Location, decor, layout, number of people and turnover on tables makes this a great place for dinner. ATM inside. Pho is ok. Good enough but not great. Crab Rangoons - I'd stay away from and just get them from Orient house Extra cilantro - no problem. Please let half our crew order first then the rest will order later = NO Problem. Servers = all sweet guys. Rereading this I guess that TV and music truly made an impression because the Pho is good the service is ok and wifi is plentiful in Madison but the ambience sells you on everything here. can't wait to go for Karoke. I like how they have their floor plan set up as it works.

The best pho I've ever had! The broth had so much flavor. Ample amount of noodles and a fair amount of beef. It gave me life during one of the worst hangovers I've ever experienced. I ordered delivery and the broth, noodles & meat, and toppings came in separate containers. It was super easy to reassemble at home. Great meal, I can't wait to try everything else on their menu!

I've visited several times, and the food is always great. They are known for their soups, and I definitely recommend trying one. They have rich broths, healthy ingredients, and of course delicious noodles. Their other offerings are all great. Try something new! Service can be hit or miss. During lunch the service can be a bit hectic and slow, so plan for an hour. My server didn't know the details of the soup I wanted to order. I always order a bubble tea to go after lunch. They are awesome!

I want to give this place more than two stars because I love karaoke and noodles and wanted this to become a go-to spot for my friends and I. Unfortunately, after a poor first experience, we probably won't be coming back. It started off okay - we got to our booth no problem and ordered some food and drinks. The women working at the bar seemed overwhelmed and didn't know how to make a lemon drop when my friend asked for one so I'm not sure if they were entirely trained to be behind the bar. We ordered some beef chow fun and drunken noodles which took a while to get to us and were pretty mediocre in taste. But it's karaoke so I could have excused the meh food and the long wait times. But closing out our tab was a pretty ridiculous affair because apparently after 10pm, they only accept cash. There was no signage, no one came into our booth before 10 to let us know this and we had a pretty large group so not everyone had cash. On top of that, the ATM in the restaurant stopped working so my friend had to go to a place down the street to grab cash. I don't know why they have this cash only policy and I really don't know why they don't make that more clear but I think my friends and I will scope out some other places for karaoke in the future.

It happened to be near the theatre we went to, so we decided to stop in and check it out. They have nearly 775 different types of whiskey to choose from, which is wild! I loved that they offer different ounce sizes so you can sample a few, and they even pair it with water so you stay hydrated while tasting (smart touch). Price ranges between ~$7.50-$20.00+. The place had a cozy, lounge-like vibe and was pretty busy, but the staff was friendly and helpful. It's first come first served for seating, just like any bar. We sampled a few whiskeys and also tried their premade espresso martini. The whiskey selection was phenomenal, the espresso martini was decent, not the best I've had (it was premade), but still enjoyable (it's made with Tito's, which isn't my favorite base, but I appreciate the fresh coffee beans they used). All in all, this place is a hidden gem. Great whiskey, friendly staff, and the perfect cozy spot to escape the rain for a while. I'll definitely be back next time to try even more from their list!

The restaurant was beautiful and the service was amazing. I appreciated that our waitress was very knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu and what ingredients they contained, which is perfect for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions (like myself). We were seated near the open kitchen which also added to the dining experience. I tried: - Scallop toast - I really enjoyed this. It was mild, not fishy tasting at all, and the brioche was toasted very well. I'm not a huge seafood person aside from sushi and poke, and had never had scallops before, so I was not expecting to like it as much as I did. - Ricotta Raviolini - I was not a huge fan of this, which was especially disappoint since it was my main entree / the most expensive on this list. It was essentially a folded sheet of pasta with a tiny bit of ricotta, topped with barely cooked asparagus and snap peas. The menu also lists lemon infused olive oil, but I didn't taste that at all. The parts of the raviolini with a good amount of ricotta were delicious, but the dish overall was bland and tasted like raw asparagus and peas. My friends also tried it and none of them liked it either. - Baked Potato with The Works - super simple and perfectly executed. It comes with bacon, which we got on the side since I don't eat red meat. Potato was fluffy and salted perfectly, with a good amount of other toppings. My friends who do eat bacon said it tasted more like ham than bacon, and they actually preferred the potato without it. - Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding - Loved it. I love bread pudding and chocolate pudding, but never thought to combine the two. It was delicious - soft, not super sweet, and great portion size. I would recommend sharing, it's pretty rich which can be overwhelming at a certain point. - Flightless Bird mocktail - this was one of the best mocktails I've tried. It has a black tea base but tasted more like a regular cocktail without the alcohol burn rather than tea. Everyone at the table enjoyed trying it too. Despite the raviolini being a miss, the rest of the food, service, and ambiance made this such a wonderful dining experience that I can't wait to come back and try more.
