We chose Nance Property Services because his company would make every effort to donate the piano before they decided to recycle it. After getting a reasonable estimate, we booked an appointment for the next day. Phillip arrived on time, was respectful, and was a joy to talk to. Our piano was dated but still in good condition. I'm in Jackson and I needed my in-ground hot tub removed due to wood rot and critters that had decided to inhabit the shell! My wife made a couple of phone calls to service providers in Sacramento who might be willing to come out to Jackson, and Phil at Nance responded promptly, came out several days later, took a saw to the tub, and used a leaf blower to clean up, all in a little over an hour. These guys are awesome! I worked directly with Phil to get the appointment setup and gave him an overview of what I needed done. His team removed the spa from electrical, drained it, and cut it up into small pieces. They then shrink wrapped each piece and disposed of it. They also took a grill I wanted to dispose of for a nominal fee. It took 3 guys to get the job done. these guys were great, and I'll be using them again in the near future. My sister suddenly passed away with no warning, and I came out from New York to Davis to take care of things. On top of all the other things to deal with when a loved one dies, there was the physical detritus as well as a small but stinky situation in one room, between pet waste/smells and garbage, as in her last couple of months before she passed things had slipped for my sister. The NPS crew was outstanding. Had a window from 2-4 pm, two days after I scheduled on the phone with Phil (I left message and got a callback five minutes later, on a Monday late afternoon). They called around 2:15, let me know they were running a little late, and would be there around 4. I assured them there wasn't a hurry or time pressure, and they got there at 4:10, which was great. Today was a hot valley day, after a stretch of a couple of weeks of moderate temps. The three guys were dragging a bit, they looked like they had already put in a hard day. Despite that, all smiles, courtesy and professionalism, as well as sensitivity to our emotions from the recent loss. Loaded up one trailer load in 40 minutes. Did an extra job which I had asked for on the spot, and did it at no extra charge. Their website cited $379 for a full trailer load. There's always at least a couple of modest tack on charges, right? Nope. Exactly $379, including all fees and taxes, including the extra job that was very reasonably worth $100. The effort to smile and be courteous as well as sensitive, when they were pretty beat from a long hot day impressed me tremendously. Wow, extremely impressed. These guys were friendly, professional, efficient and quick. I have a whole side of my house filled with junk (4 old couches, tables, chairs, bbq's, ladders, piles of stuff). Seems like they hadn't been at it that long when they asked for me to come out. I have been using Nance professional services for quite awhile now. Maybe close to a year? Melissa and her team do a wonderful job cleaning my house. It's soooo nice to come home to a clean home! They also honor special requests such as focus on the grout, etc. When I come home I can smell the cleanliness while walking up the stairs before I even open my front door! Mmmmmm clean house smell! I called NPS on a Thursday afternoon and two guys named Nathan and Mike showed up on time to remove my oversized hot tub. It was 12 by 7. I was quoted online between 299-399 dollars. After the guys saw it he knew he couldn't do it for the sight unseen price and charged a slight more. After all, it was a XL spa. That is totally understandable. They worked their butts off in the rain and completed the removal in a very fast time. Both men were very professional and hard workers.
