Knox at the front desk told me they were to busy that day but to bring it in the next morning for a free inspection and estimate for the repairs. The next morning he took it right in and almost immediately came out and told me it was a leaking coolant line and as that was included in the inspection there would be no charge for the repairs. I had some fluid in the truck because I knew it was leaking and they installed it for me and refused any payment. I've taken this truck to the mountains twice pulling my camper since the inspection and repairs and it has ran perfectly. If you are traveling and have a transmission problem this is the place you want to bring your vehicle to. You may have to rent a vehicle to continue your trip while waiting on repairs because all of the locals know this is the best place to come for your transmission repairs and you probably won't be first in line. You are still better off in the long run because you will get a quality repair.

Then after shifting back to drive it would eve to go into limp home mode. These guys read the codes and and had a good talk with the computer on board. Even submitted a question if MB has seen this issue because nothing seemed obvious. They did see comm error found a blown fuse. After that they could not reproduce the problem. They logged computer codes and cleared them. Gave me the car back to see if it would act up again. For all this work they said will charge you when we know we fixed something.
