We recently purchased a home in the area, and after interviewing a few relators at various agencies we really clicked with Alison. Working with her was an extreme pleasure, like working with a friend and a real partner, it truly felt like she was on our side and working entirely for our interests. Her communication was always prompt and thorough. We had come from out of state and she made it feel like we were her only clients. A very short-notice employment opportunity lead to my family and I moving out of state, about a four hour drive away. I had made plans to do some minor renovations over the course of a few months, and then move to selling. Things didn't quite go as planned unfortunately, and bills were really starting to pile up and paying a mortgage on a house I wasn't living in got less attractive by the day. I found myself panicking wondering what to do. I googled a few realtors, and not really knowing the process or how selling a house works, I just figured I'd try and choose a firm with a good reputation. It is hard to choose a realtor with so many available, and when you see so many beautiful multi-million dollar houses for sale it's easy to be concerned that maybe you won't be their most important customer. So our experience was a while ago, but we used Nancy and her team 3 times. When it comes to knowing what to do to sell a house or to get you the house you want, Nancy absolutely knows what she is doing. We tried several different realtors in the area before coming to Nancy. We were extremely impressed with the method and process that she use to determine the right price to list a house at, how to market it, when it is time to adjust the price, and lastly negotiating the sale of the house. If you're looking for a realtor and not sure who to use, ask her to come out and take you through the process she uses and ask other realtors for how they determine these things. I've never seen a realtor that is this methodical about coming up with that magical first listing price (which can really screw things up things right from the start even if everything else is perfect). that combined with thei extremely aggressive marketing to get your listing in to the hands of as many prospective buyers as possible in as short a time as possible usually leads to a fast sale at a price that is a couple percent higher than what the others can offer. In addition, (at least when we used her), she really had things well thougth out in terms of the services she offered, which included ih-house financing and a moving truck for loan (for free) for local moves. She and her team made things so easy that once you have used her, you become really a bit spoiled when you move away and have to use someone else! The one thing that you need to be ready for is that she and her team move at about light speed compared t most real estate agents, so once you engage, you better be ready to get your house in basically perfect (show-ready) condition and keep it there until you've got a signed contract. That takes a lot more work than some peopel maey realize before getting into it. read more

Horrible transaction! I purchased a new build through Nancy Jenkins, from a builder her team assured me was trusted and did quality work. He did all but that! I had flooding multiple times in my basement after I moved in, which he "patched up" the problem. I finished my basement and had to replace the flooring several times, myself out of pocket. I have cracks in my foundation and slab that apparently are not under warranty. I had my well pump stop working. Come to find out the builder Craig McDonald put an underpowered well pump in my home, was a 3/4 hp when it should have been a 1 hp. Also not covered. Noisy shower drains that were again "patched up" by using spray foam. Very very disappointed in this team. I've reached out to them many times and they don't seem to care. They got the sale and that's all that matters with them. After all that's happened, all the issues I've had with this BRAND NEW home, Nancy Jenkins continues to sell new homes for Craig McDonald. Unsure as to why she would still associate with such an unprofessional builder is beyond me. Like I said at the end of the day all she cares about is closing a deal. Stay far away from this company, they do not back their product and could care less about the buyer! read more
