He was a pleasure to work with. His work on site and research prior is precise and thorough. His research for the job was complete; doing all computations w/ all deeds, quick deeds attached to current deeds and previous survey maps involved. (To mention just the part of his process I'm aware of) He had a professional polite friendly disposition when talking w neighbors as needed. He used the research coupled w his equipment to find the corner points of the property line. He found the preexisting corner markers, even the one which was buried from flooding. He marked not only the corner points of the property line but also along the line so whole line is clearly visible. I can say with all confidence: CJ does exemplary work, at a great price and is a delight to work with!

Bailey Kuban put absolute nightmare tenants into my home. Bailey stated that she had placed…read moresuccessfully placed "hundreds" of tenants in rental properties with no issues, which is why I signed the contract with Green Light Real Estate. The tenants she selected for us immediately tried to shake us down demanding $9,800 in cash from us, the landlords, because they decided they changed their mind and wanted money for another place. When they were told they had no legal standing to make such an absurd claim, they then stated they would be paying rent late every month because they didn't have enough money. (Bailey stated that they had more than tripled the rent available monthly and would cause no issues.) Additionally, the tenants trashed the property leaving garbage all over the front porch and driveway. I'm terrified as to what the condition of the property will be at the end of the year. Bailey actually wrote to me today that I have a "good cause" for not renewing these tenants again next year. I don't know if she is wildly naive or just completely lied about her experience. Whatever the case, I strongly recommend working with Bailey Kuban or anyone at Green Light Real Estate. We are living our worst case scenario.

He really works for you. We sold our house in June of 2024. This was a complicated transaction due to timing. But Rich handled everything and made it work. He sold the house in 3 days, we got an offer above the asking price. We were able to close in 2 weeks and have the money sent to another state for a closing on July 3rd. On top of all his skills he is kind. At our closing he presented me with a book of pictures of my home(that was being sold). He knew how much I loved that home, now I have a great book of that home as a memory.
