I was polite, soft-spoken, and had all of my QR codes ready on my phone. Because two of the items were identical, there was minor confusion over which code matched which item. Instead of offering basic retail assistance, the young male associate chose to publicly berate, humiliate, and belittle me in front of other arriving customers. When I asked him to please not speak to me that way, he escalated his hostility, explicitly telling me, "Look lady, you're making my job hard!" He continued to mock me and essentially call me stupid, even after I calmly explained that I was elderly, going through severe family and personal medical crises, and simply needed a moment of assistance. He offered zero help, leaving my highly sensitive personal medical return items completely exposed on the counter while he ignored me and berated my intelligence until I was brought to tears. When I finally received my receipt and asked for his name so I could speak to management, he exclaimed, "We don't give out associates' names." Looking at other Yelp reviews for this location, it is clear that disrespect and customer abuse are a systemic pattern here. To the owner of this franchise: check your security cameras for Wednesday, July 29, 2026, around 9:45 am.
