I decided that Firm was most comfortable for me. My hubby wanted Soft. Duane said they could combine the two into one mattress. Then we walked the showroom looking at the headboards. There was a stool beside one bed & on it sat a remote control. I asked what it was for & he said it did adjustable positions but we'd need separate mattresses to get the benefit of the different features for each person. It was a no brainer. Duane hadn't try to upsell us from the start. If I hadnt asked about the remote control, we wouldnt have had this wondrous sleep & relaxing experience. We don't use the massage or underbed lighting settings. We felt we received good value for our purchase. That we are supporting a high quality local Canadian-made product & company makes us proud to do so. BTW, we each have our own remote controls.

I seen him today after he did not call yesterday until later in the day. I waited all morning for his call. He talked so fast on the phone that I couldn't grasp it even after 4 times listening. My wife came home and same thing. Today, same thing, fast bang bang bang. He said that I agreed to the card. I said you were so fast and so much flying at me I didn't know what I was signing. He said you got the card and you can use it on future purchases with your limit. I said, don't worry, I will never shop here again. The other guy by him looked stunned. It is only $35 but it is principle. My previous purchases at the store were great. Very calm and relaxing. This guy Mark Nichols needs to slow down and remember it is customer service, not just a SALE and that most elderly people like me, DO NOT process things at 90 miles an hour like teenagers.
