This man will give you unnecessary medications and push unnecessary surgeries to milk as much money out of you. He said if I didnt get a vns implant, that I must not care about being there for my daughters future bc of my seizures. I got the surgery then when I finally had to find a new neurology bc I guess he can make more money not going though insurance. I was told I was on WAY TO MUCH medication for my condition and the surgery I had more so for people who had multiple seizures a day. I did not have that problem. I was taken off everything and now I'm just waiting for the battery on the vns to die. An ANTIDEPRESSANTS was all I needed to stop my seizures. Wish I could give zero stars Terrible customer service! They sent a balance they said I owe to collections 4 years after my office visit. I called them and told them I never received a statement and the girl on the phone basically called me a liar and said I did. Well obviously I didn't, or I would have paid it 4 years ago!! The office staff is nice enough when you are standing in front of them. But their billing is an absolute mess and the providers don't do what they say they will. It is absolutely impossible to get a call back from them. At one visit April said she was sending in an rx for me. I called 4 times and finally gave up. Then I get a call from them threatening collections when they have never sent me a single billing statement and They overbilled me $509 (because they waited 6 weeks to file their claims so the claims came in a different order.) My insurance company had to call them 20 times over 3 weeks, while I was also calling daily. It's been 5 months and they still refuse to call me back. They did thousands of dollars of testing which is fine but they also billed my insurance for testing they didn't do. I've filed a formal complaint with Aetna. Note: This review is in regards to the Supply, NC office. Incompetent Office! I called on 7/28 to make an appoint (I'm relocating). Was told they needed a referral. Had my current neurologist write one. Called back on 8/23 and was told they had referral but that doctor had not made a decision to accept me as a patient. Called again on 9/28 and was told there still wasn't a decision. Final call on 10/7. No decision, but was promised a call back that day. Never happened (and still hasn't happened as of 10/13). The doctor may or may not be good, but with an office that can't schedule a simple appointment, why would I trust my heath care to them? read more

This office is a fraud. If they say they need to collect your "estimated out of pocket" costs ahead of time, RUN. I trustingly did, and my out of pocket responsibility ended up being way less than what they collected. It's been over two months and I still have no refund. Endless calls and messages from me and my insurance company have gone unanswered. They have now been paid TWICE for my date of service as my insurance company paid on the claim. And they charged me a $50 no-show fee when I rescheduled an appointment due to a severe storm, less than 48 hours in advance. I was told the provider could override it, but won't. Dr. Nandigam and Nurse practitioner April are absolutely wonderful. They will find a way to work a patient in even on a busy day. The bed side manner is impeccable. They make you feel comfortable and confident with the information they give you. The staff is amazing and wait times are superb. read more

"Healthcare" is not their #1 priority. Making enough money to pay for their new building is their #1 priority, and they have no problem putting people's health at risk to do it. Heads up...they started a new policy where they don't bill your insurance until after you pay an estimated cost of services UP FRONT for each visit. Your co-pay + your deductible before they'll even see you. This is even for established patients! Then they submit a claim to your ins. and will "refund you" if there's an overage in what you paid, but I'm hearing of several people who never got their refund. I called my insurance company and asked if this was acceptable and they said absolutely not. When I confronted the office about what my insurance said, Tim lied and said he talked to them and they said it was fine. OH...AND they require you to come in for an appointment every 3 months or else they refuse to re-fill your prescription! They are out here scamming innocent people and they know it. read more

The best neurologist I could ask for. Very thorough and seems to genuinely care and does what's best for me. I never have to wait long to be seen. I joked about a bed they use for testing being uncomfortable and the next time I came in there was a mattress on it. Goes above and beyond. All the people that work there are also great. I've had to stop in unplanned and he quickly got to me even during a busy day. He was recommended to me by some nurses I know and they all said he's the best neurologist they've seen. read more

If I could give a negative review I would! I went to them in 2019 as they were the quickest to get me scheduled for a test I needed following a seizure. I then did not have access to speak to the doctor. I then sought care from a much better facility (Murfreesboro Medical Center *MMC*) and when we were trying to get my records transferred over Nandigam were saying they couldn't because of some "proprietary issue". No one could understand what they were talking about, me ,MMC, Prudential cause they tried to(regards to short term disability). I went in in person to try to figure out what was going on, which required me finding a ride, because seizure. I got so mad I accidentally cursed at them once ("I NEED MY F**KING RECORDS"). I apologized immediately for cursing. Then left.They (mainly Tim who has at least 6 inches and 60 lbs over me at this time) said I made him feel threatened and banned me from the facility and required me to have a relative to drive an hour to pick up files that were not even the ones we requested! They almost cost me my job, cost me a lot of money and caused me so much stress during such a vulnerable time in my life that I needed till now to even come back and address this. I seriously hope they have gotten their act together or go out of business soon! read more
