They offered thighs chunks and breasts. I ordered the breasts. They came out super piping hot in a few minutes and they call your number to pick up. There is nowhere to sit down and there is zero ambience. You pick up your chicken and then you go eat it in the street outside. The breast is flattened and extra crispy and was definitely good. I would prefer a table to sit out but that's not the way Chinatown rolls. No matter what time you walk past this place there's always a line. Give it a go.

For the fish, we definitely preferred the haddock over the cod. It is a HUGE serving, and we could split one piece between 2-3 people. Not that the cod was bad, it was just to flaky for us. The chips were really good, a big portion and so glad they had the malt vinegar packets for us to take with us. We also had the burgers and chicken sandwich and those were good too, and the price was right. Honestly and without reservation, I wish I lived in the area so I could go to this place every week. I always order it with chilli and garlic sauce, and am always very impressed... When I opt for the chips in addition (which is almost always) I am treated with a veritable plethora of my favourite potato snack. If Peri-Peri Original did bad fries (which is sometimes the case with budget fast food joints) I wouldn't be trumpeting this fact. But, as it is ; lots of lovely fries for me to NOM!
