When I contacted Ponchi, he said he would take the job, and the icing on the cake was that he was the most reasonable. He was on time and very friendly. When he got to my home he helped me get the lift inside my garage. He was also very careful not to scratch my new concrete. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me with my unusual tow. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.
