Sam went above and beyond caring for us after a rental care tire went flat in a remote mountain area. He truly was a hero rescuing us and making sure, personally, we got back safely to where we could get a replacement. He not only did the heavy lifting expected with a tow, but also did the time consuming and frustrating task of working with the rental company to secure our transport where we got the replacement when the rental agency only offered a $10 Uber credit - to an area where no Ubers exist essentially not caring if we were stranded or not. Sam intervened and personally drove us the hour+ trip to where we needed to go in his own vehicle the next day. About two weeks ago we needed a tow for our Tesla and had an issue with the previous tow truck from a different company that came by. Then later another tow truck came by this company and the driver Chris helped us out. He told us that he could get our car to a supercharger no problem even the way we parked it. He was great and explained everything he was going to do and when we got to the charger he waited to make sure the Tesla was getting charged in case we needed to tow it to the dealership. Literally the BEST company ever. I was in a multiple car pile-up late at night and stuck on the side of the road, a little hurt and pretty cold. I called multiple tow companies that could not help me, and I didn't know where to have my car towed so late at night. This is where Technique Tow saved the day(night).
