Called to get a tow same day, hopefully within the hour. I called a dozen places in Stockton area, Anderson's Tow was the only company that could come within the hour. After I gave them the pick up address and my name on the phone. Someone immediately texted me that they were working on my order. Then almost instantly I received another message with their ETA. Then another message that they had arrived. Driver asked for my keys, hooked my car up and went to the drop off. I followed, and paid them once they dropped the car off. If you absolutely need to get a tow, and have it done in a timely manner, Anderson's is the way to go. They showed up earlier than promised and utilize a text system that keeps you in the loop from request through dispatch to arrival. I called and needed a tire changed. AAA told me 4 hours and couldn't wait that long. So I figured check Yelp and find a tow truck. I had called 3 other companies and either no one answered or it went to voicemail. Then I tried Anderson towing. They picked up on the second ring and I was in business. She asked me what I needed quoted me a fair price of $85.00 for a tire change and told me 45 Minutes. After about 25 minutes I get a text message that says my driver is 5 minutes away. Awesome I was super happy and glad Richie showed up. Richie was friendly, professional, quick. Richie has the cleanest tow truck I ever seen. He changed my spare tire in under 10 minutes and I was set. He even chatted me with for a bit. I had a rough day and it was just nice to talk to a decent dude. He made my day. After calling my insurance for a tow and the first company cancelled YOLIES ("NOT") TOWING & TRANSPORT I call back insurance and they immediately send another request . By now I've waited 2 1/2 hours for first and it's already 840pm. I'm told new tow won't be there til 10pm. Anderson tow office calls and I explain I've already been waiting "2" hours. If she could please let driver know I'm alone and not familiar with area plus it's getting later. She does. And while waiting I see within an wait time if about 35 minutes Phillip from ANDERSON TOW ARRIVES!! He was friendly and so helpful even asked what happens and could he look and see. After getting my Car on flat bed and all hooked up I'm home safe and I didn't have to as long as told for second tow.. With all that said . Truck driver didn't have proper knowledge of this company. Insured me I would get my things back but didn't inform me of their "policy". But he told me all about his "boys" shop and how I should take it there.. I know now I should have listened. They started talking about a contract that I never signed! Papers and policy's that where never given to me. She was asked by insurance company to call me when my car would be picked up so I can go there to get my things myself & she chose not to. They policy but no posting of any policy Terrible experience....I'll make sure I tell people never use Andersons Tow.. I see the ratings are everything . My husband took a spill on his motorcycle, if you ride you know how hard it can be to find a motorcycle tow. We called Anderson's and Kelly was super helpful, she got a truck to him immediately (before the cops even arrived at the accident) the driver loaded the bike up safely and got it where we needed it to go. I had a breakdown in Elk Grove at 5 pm by 99 and called AAA. Was told it will take 90 mins. After 2 hours was still told by AAA that the dispatcher from Anderson towing said they are round the corner and X minutes away. I kept on calling and was given a run around that they are just around the corner and on the way. Telling me they were 10 mins away or round the corner. My final call at 845 pm ! Was to ask the driver to call me asap ! Never called by 9 pm ! I flipped out craigslist looked up a local person and got it towed in no time. My advice stay away from AAA and do not use Anderson they picked up the call, was irresponsible for something they could not fulfil and totally lied to AAA and to me on heir arrival and whereabouts. They are terrible. I have roadside assistance my insurance company set up for them to come and tow my car, they said they would be there in 30 minuets then they said another 30 minutes; they kept extending their time until the canceled without informing us.
