Their online booking experience was easy and I found their rates more reasonable than the other nanny agency our hotel recommended. (I reached out to both and quickly compared all-in pricing.) The babysitter we were assigned, Rima, arrived on time and kept us updated on how things were going. She brought games and activities for my 7 year old daughter based on her interests, which I appreciated. The only thing that was a bit challenging is that we had to communicate with our babysitter via the Telegram app, which was new and different for me. I would have preferred WhatsApp or simple texting instead. Overall, I was happy with Grapevine and would recommend them to anyone looking for at-hotel childcare while in wine country with their children.

They cook delicious, healthy homemade meals every day, and I love that I don't have to worry about what she's eating or having to pack a lunch box. The program is Montessori-like mixed-age setup, which has been wonderful for her development. When she was little, she learned so much from the older kids; now that she's older, she gets to be the leader and helper. They hire external teachers that do a great job incorporating preschool-style learning, and her vocabulary has grown so much that we barely needed to teach her at home! It's also like a Spanish bilingual school. She's picked up quite a few Spanish words just from being immersed in the environment, which has been such an amazing bonus. The hours are long and flexible, and the school holiday schedule is reasonable, good for working parents. We feel so lucky to have found Little Angels. From art and music to yoga and early learning, my kids have grown so much academically and socially.
