1st off, it's a small business, family owned. That's 1 great reason to shop here…read more 2nd, the employees treat the customers very well. They're polite, respectful, friendly, very knowledgeable and always willing to offer any help if needed. 3rd, they carry a great variety of products from animal feed to weedkiller, to nuts & bolts. If you can't find something, I'm sure that 1 of the employees would be glad to help you out. 4th, their plants, flowers and trees are just beautiful and lively. We've never bought something we planted that died. The young lady that works out in the nursery area, is always a sweetheart. She makes the trip worth it. 5th, prices may be a little higher than a big box store, but remember you're shopping at a family owned business. There's plenty of reasons to shop at Endicott Agway, so what are you waiting for? Stop in.

I like agway I always find nice plants but when I needed a nut to hold my carburetor in place they…read moretold me It would cost $1800 to fix my cub cadet riding mower (this was a cub cadet before the company changed and started selling temu like junk mowers) well I didn't know cub cadet wasn't grampas Same cub cadet so I decided I'll buy a new one since it's only a few hundred more for a new one. They kept my old mower and I took home a new one same day..... get mower home won't start I call they say it needs to be Trickle charged. Starts once won't work again. I take my battery to battery world in vestal it's only 7% but after 2 days it's only 7% battery world tells me it's a bad battery it's garbage. So I got a new mower for $2500 it's battery wasn't new. It's leaks oil all over my garage (it's a new mower) and has an uneven cut makes my yard look like crap. DO YOUR REVIEWS PEOPLE DONT BUY CUB CADET ITS TRASH MADE LIKE ITS FROM TEMU. I feel like I was robbed won't buy anything but plants from agway ever again if that.

I cannot give this place enough stars! We have been…read morepurchasing our shrubs/trees/plants from them for years. The quality is top notch and we often receive compliments on our beautiful backyard! This year, we have decided to do some work out front and have already purchased shrubs for our project. The staff is not only knowledgeable and accommodating, but they are fun and so welcoming that I leave every visit feeling like I have just visited family ( the kind you actually like). Don't miss the opportunity to visit and buy some high quality items for all of your gardening/landscaping needs. Also, the prices are better than any I've found at other nurseries.... We've recently purchased a Japanese Maple that was priced almost $200 more at an alternate establishment!

We had our wedding here in July of 2021, rescheduled from October 2020. All sorts of things came up…read morethat we're never told to us during our initial meetings. Management is lazy, tried to tell us we couldn't have more than 150 people (this is after all Covid restrictions were lifted this past summer). When we pushed them on this they allowed us 200 People max. Keep in mind their website says seating up to 350 people. Then they told us we needed to rent our own chairs for under the tent because their chairs would be set up for the outdoor ceremony (none of this was ever told To us before when we originally met and told them We had a number of 250-300 people). The day of our wedding we were told we could come anytime and take our pictures. We showed up at 430 for pictures, guests starting arriving at 530 but weren't allowed in until six or so. The contract says you have five hours and we ended our event at 930. Even if you count 530 as the start time (even though staff didn't do anything since guests were held in the parking lot) our event did not go 5 hours yet we were charged for overtime!! So did not get our security deposit back due to that nonsense. Also the venue wouldn't allow us to have a decorator and said they would do it all themselves.... Well when they realized they were not able to decorate the tent adequately they finally allowed a decorator. It was very hard to get in touch with anyone there either during the planning process we often sent 3 or 4 emails or texts before we got a response. It's a beautiful venue but not worth all the BS they put you through. Super hard to work with, lots of hidden costs and just not professional people. Would not recommend!!!
