My friend sent me a photo, and they were much larger than I expected -- really healthy and lovely, in full bloom, in the cutest 'bark' basket. The woman who assisted me, Patty, was SOOOOO helpful!!! I wasn't sure what I wanted, and am on budget (because I too, will be traveling to this out-of-town wedding). Patty helped me out, with the perfect flower and budget suggestion! I called another florist before Angeline's, and they were helpful, but could not meet my budget guidelines. When I told her I wanted her to pick up the arrangement and credit my account she said ok. She never picked up the piece nor did she credit my account. I had to call my credit card company and put a stop payment on the order. The credit card company credited my account. This is not the first time members of my family had issues with Gennarelli's Flower Shop but it is the last time the family does business with them.

What used to be $3.75 is now $5.99. Pre-annual used to be $7.99 for a 6 inch round pot is now $7.99 for ONE PLUG!!!! Everything is priced much much higher than what it used to be while other places in the area are still charging $3.75 to $3.99 for a 4" pot this place charge $5.99 for the same size pot of same type of plants. We both used to buy almost $200 from Farmer Brown. We both decided to go and buy from Tioga Gardens and Naticoke gardens. We bought everything we need plus more than what we were looking for nice finds! So sad to see a nice business change for worse and not better!

I'm SO happy to have found that particular plant at TG, along with a couple succulents that I had been thinking of buying. They even have some carnivorous plants (pitcher plants, etc) that I hadn't expected to find (you usually only see venus fly traps, if anything). I also purchased some succulent soil (because every time I buy soil from one of the big box stores, it has some kind of massive fungus gnat issue - wtf), and I used some that night for repotting other plant - no gnats! It's a beautiful place from their amazing indoor tropical greenhouse, featuring HUGE tropical plants and a koi pond, to their wide selection of plants, and even their incredible outdoor venue (where I've known several people have gotten married). I'm the type who likes to browse all the plant shops, but this one is hands down my favorite, if not also because their staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. If you're coming by the area for a visit, it's a nice place to stop if you're the type that enjoys botanical gardens.
