Absolutely horrendous. I ordered a corsage and boutonniere for prom two weeks in advance. I went to pick them up the day of to find out they lost the form and did not make my order. They proceeded to remake them in the wrong colors. How do you even do that????? All gomed out!!! I MEAN JEEZ ITS NOT THAT HARD TO WRITE DOWN COLORS MY GOODNESS!! What I ordered and what I got were far two different. I do a lot of network flowers and I even called them ahead and told them I was switching from Dillenbecks. Not one issue, not one unsatisfied person in the house for the day we had service for our dearly departed. Family and friends and even the funeral director was in awe of how beautiful the arrangements were. There were requests after the order was placed and requests were granted-no holds barred. Our family put their trust in the dedicated staff, who put their heart and soul into our order, and not one thing could be said that was not as positive as you could ask for.
