He is extremely competent and kind enough to explain everything to me so I could understand all the facets of the work being done. I had four extractions done including three bone grafting, one infection treatment and was able have one implant placed. This was done in less than 2 hours with local anesthesia and minimal discomfort. Afterwards I hardly had to take any over the counter pain meds. With the friendly staff and Dr. Yang's expertise I can't say enough praise about this practice. I have to be back for implant placement in six months and look forward to rest of my treatment plan. Now That's saying a lot about dental/oral surgery appointment! Forgot to mention their state of the art equipment and technical excellence. I was in a lot of dental pain and I was able to get an appointment the same day to figure out what was wrong. They told me I needed an extraction and started looking for a good time to schedule me in it was a Wednesday, and they said the earliest they could get me back in was the following Monday morning. But the next morning, they called and said they had a cancelation., Luckily, I could get an appointment within 24 hours. The office was super clean, and the staff were so nice and reassuring. Even though I was scared and anxious, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel better during my visit. My procedure was surprisingly painless and quick. I'm so happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends if they ever need dental work.

I was sent to the other location, but when calling with questions, they avoided answering by saying they don't share information between locations. The disposition of the staff is nice and friendly. They just seem very disorganized and not used to helping or answering questions.

It'd be way better if they switched to text reminders or just marked it as confirmed so it doesn't feel like overkill with each outreach during workweek. That said, the hygienist was efficient in quickly cleaning my teeth and the dentist (think he's one of the owners) I saw was great. Dr Ghowsi is really good with the kids and explains things well for parents like myself understand. His approach is very preventive, so if it's going to be a problem in the future, he'll explain why treatment needs to be done for that particular situation. For the dentist side of things, Dr Kim is awesome too. She is friendly and makes the kids feel relaxed in her approach. There is the regular pediatric dentist side and then the other side is the orthodontic side in the same building. One stop shop for your kids. When I've referred friends to bring their kids here, they say the cost is very competitive to other places, but the service is much better. Office is super clean, and they always clean after each patient.
