I had an upgraded room with a balcony which was great for viewing the last of the fireworks when I made it back to the hotel. It was a great room, with friendly staff at an affordable price. Ever since lonely planet declared texel as a place to visit, this place has been fully booked. It is one of the cheapest place to stay on the island if you dont want to camp. What i like: - breakfast included - very clean!! - only 6 kilometer cycle from the ferry boat - free wifi - there are female only dorm rooms and private rooms for famliies with small children.
